Newest update The very kind manager Damise always makes everything better. She immediately saw me one day and heard what had happened and apologized on behalf of everybody and told me she was sad about what happened because she'd miss seeing me around. Taking ownership of a mistake is never easy but it is the right thing to do. Because of Damise I am changing my review to 5 stars.

updateI've been coming to this mcdonalds at least once a week for 3 years and i always order the big mac with a large iced tea half cut or a double cheeseburger with a large iced tea half cut. Today one of the younger managers looked at me and said we dont refill iced tea, only fountain soda. I always get a refill no problem. I asked her when this had changed and she said shes been working here for 8 years and the other manager for 40 and its always been the policy. I was very confused at this because i have always gotten a refill on my iced tea. I have even gotten a refill mamy times from the manager thats been there for 40 years as well. I'm still very confused considering that this has never been a problem before and i feel as i have been singled out because they just didn't want to do it for me for whatever reason. The manager who yelled across the room didnt seem very friendly unlike the other managers at this mcdonalds. This is just sad because now i wont be coming back anymore as this is the only mcdonalds close by. update(This is my go-to McDonald's. I wish they had more staff to clean the lobby, it's always dirty with no tables to sit at unless I clean them myself which is fine but there usually isn't anything stocked in the lobby to wipe a table with. Hello, I'm a guy who like to go to different McDonald's with their friends and see how is it then review them to give them a honest review to tell you I recommend 100% to come here let me tell you why so I decided to bring my friends and we all went to a mcdonald which was this one we decided to order they told us to wait at the table after 10 minutes, they bring the food to the table I didn't even have to get up and get my food they just bring it which stock me since no mcdonald I went to never bring the food to me so after they bring the food I look into the bag they got my order perfect no food that me and my friends order was missing no sauce was missing which was good now to the food, for me when I took a bite into the food it wasn't cold it was hot and fresh so I eat the burger now to the fries sometimes some McDonald's will bring my fries cold for some reason but nope this mcdonald did it right my fries wasn't cold at all it was hot and the fries wasn't that salty which was good and I'm surprised now to the drinks they got my drink that I order right same to my friends they got my friends drinks right so after we decided to go to the restroom to wash our hands the bathroom was clean inside which was good I would say I like this mcdonald and would come back some time.
