I normally wouldn't write a review, but given the terrible customer service received it is unfortunately warranted.
Ordered on 12/18/24, and after submission Uber drivers kept contacting me, telling me the restaurant didn't have my order (no less than 4 of them cancelled the delivery and it kept going back into the queue) A few kept demanding I cancel the order, but there was no cancel button.
Over an hour later, I simply give up and order food elsewhere. After my other order arrives, a second order arrives from this restaurant (about 1.5-2h late), and it wasn't even what I ordered.
I thought no big deal, their system is broken, I will email them about the order later and they will fix it. Oh if it was only so simple...
No phone number to call on the website, no contact information, and no email listed. I use a form I find to submit a detailed report. Three days later I finally get a response, and after several back and forth emails, over 54 days, I get a $15 coupon to compensate me for the $26.40 I spent on an order I didn't receive.
Weeks later and you don't even offer me what I ordered? A refund? or even a complete credit for the amount spent?
They completely missed the ball on this one. Just own your mistake and make it right, then you can avoid 1 star reviews in the future.
edit The order was placed on Nazshalal.com, I reached out to the company through the website. I was in communication with someone at nazshalal.com. The credits were 'points' added to my account on your website. This was definitely your restaurant, and is certainly...
Read moreWhen I tell you I've been on a mission to trying to find halal street food here in South Florida,I mean , i've been on a mission! I'm from here south Florida but you don't really get to see halal street food. There might be some halal restaurants, but not authentic street food. The first time I've ever tried halal street food was in North Carolina, Charlotte and then New York, at food carts and I couldn't get enough of it. And when I came back home to Florida I was trying to find it and I could not find it till finally , heaven knocked on my door!!! And its Nanz! I can truly say that it was amazing, And I recommend it! and to see that most of the reviews are positive but to even see a negative One disappoints me because the food is truly amazing! And no it does not compare to halal guys here in south florida unless your Your palate prefers less tasteless food.. My meal came out perfect. They were even nice enough to give me extra sauce when I had forgot to put it in my order... And again , it's a cloud kitchen so don't expect to come in to sit down and eat, it's high tech and fast... Again I love it! You have a new customer.I can't wait to tell all my friends and family ❤️ hope to see more of halal street nanz in a physical...
Read moreConcept is neat, Naz's Halal Food is tucked away in an app-order and auto-locker deliver food option. The experience is high tech and it is take-out / delivery only.
Sadly the food left a lot to be desired. My gf and I both ordered build your own salads customized to our preferences with lots of extras. The food we opened at home was mediocre chicken, medium/small portions, sad hummus, store bought pita, decent falafel, iceberg lettuce and a couple tomatoes. Even the white sauce wasn't quite what we were expecting and the "hot sauce" was a single drizzle across the salad bowl. The hummus/pita tasted like was purchased from the Publix across the street, a few days ago. If you'r desperate and its midnight, this may be a slightly healthier (better?) option than the standard burger joints. Apart from that, go elsewhere / make the drive to Halal...
