Pop's Food Bus — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Riding by and seen the grill smoking, I love BBQ so of course I stopped just to end up with a lighter bank account and disappointed. I ordered the Ribs dinner which comes with two horrible sides, food is unseasoned and bland! I didn’t know what the heck I was eating. The ribs was just “okay” eatable but not enjoyable. Sides definitely was horrible the potato salad was absolutely disgusting, collard greens was also disgusting. The only thing on the plate that was “good” was the sauce on the ribs. I won’t be back at all don’t have to ever worry about me eating there again I’ll rather drive past also, $1 to use...

I went there and the brisket that I wanted was not finished cooking so I got a rib and wing combo with Mac and cheese and collard sides they were not rude very nice people...now too the food the Mac and cheese was pure TRASH!!! they went real cheap on the ingredients the collard greens were really good tender and flavorful the wings were bloody and undercooked and the ribs was the star of the show tender fall off the bone seasoned well I enjoyed them... great rib joint but don't buy nothin else JUST THE RIBS THATS IT !!!! OH the cornbread was good just small as hell the size of a leggo block cut them bigger...
