I can't review the food. I did not get to eat here. Caught wind of this place due to social media. I called ahead of time to see if there was availability for dine in- on a plus side someone picked up the phone. I drove out of my way to get there and was told since we are dining in we can head to the dining room area and seat ourselves. I was extremely shocked to see how small the area was! No exaggeration there were maybe 5 tables. Find it weird that no one who made a video about this place mentioned that. They promote hookah but i hope those 2 hookahs I saw in the corner table is just for display.Someone was kind enough to let us sit with him, if not we wouldn't have been able to dine in. Waited about 10 Min and the server reported she would be with us. I understand there seemed to be a lot going on so we were patient. Over 10 min passed, she eventually came to us but then the table behind us were apparently pissed that they were overlooked. Naturally we told the server to tend to them first but why did They say they had been waiting for 40 min!? Haitian people please please do better! Another server came to us but they ran out of Mac & cheese and I was already over it from the long wait and everyone's frustration that we just left.

I refer so much clients to them. Never again The service is good however I recently ordered the tassot cabrit and jonjon rice, and this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. Right after eating, I became extremely sick and had to rush to the bathroom. The goat meat was tough and dry some pieces were rock hard like they had been sitting out for days They covered a lot of sauce and onions to hide how bad it is. The rice was fluffy but completely bland and had a stale, old taste like it had been cooked three days ago. Now I’m dealing with sharp stomach pain. This is not just bad food this is dangerous. You never know what health conditions people might have, and serving old, poorly stored food can cause serious inflammation and harm. To make things worse, I only tried this place because of all the praise from influencers on Instagram but clearly, they’re not being honest. Influencers on Instagram are liars. They hype places for attention or free food, and it’s misleading and harmful.

This place did not disappoint! We ordered the DJon DJon rice, wings, and griyo—and everything was delicious. From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. There’s a small seating area with a few tables, and the food came out pretty quickly. You could tell it was fresh and made to order. Let me say this—and I mean it in the best way possible—for a Caribbean restaurant, the service was top notch. That’s not always the case, so it was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!

If you're looking to experience the vibrant and rich flavors of Haitian cuisine, look no further than Kase Cuisine. This hidden gem not only serves delicious food, but also offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the delightful aroma of seasoned spices and freshly cooked dishes. The decor is a lovely blend of Haitian culture, with colorful artwork and traditional motifs that enhance the dining experience.

The menu at Kase Cuisine is a culinary journey through Haiti, featuring a variety of traditional dishes that cater to every palate. Start with the Griot, tender marinated pork that's been fried to perfection, served with a side of pikliz—a spicy pickled vegetable relish that adds a kick to every bite. The Jou Manger (rice and beans) is a must-try, perfectly seasoned and fluffy, making it the ideal accompaniment to any main dish.

For those who enjoy a bit of heat, the Djon Djon rice is an absolute standout. Infused with the unique flavor of black mushrooms, this dish is not only a feast for the taste buds but also visually stunning. The Lambi (conch) is another highlight, beautifully cooked and bursting with flavor, showcasing the sea's bounty in a way that's both authentic and mouthwatering.

Kase Cuisine also offers an impressive selection of vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the rich tapestry of flavors that Haitian cuisine has to offer. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend their favorites or explain the origins...

Kase Cuisine is a true gem for anyone craving authentic Haitian flavors. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, attentive customer service that made me feel right at home. The vibrant colors throughout the restaurant create a lively and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly reflecting the rich culture behind the food.

Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The griot was the best I’ve ever tasted-tender, perfectly seasoned, and paired with delicious sides. The Jon Jon rice and wings were equally impressive, and the Haitian Mac is absolutely addicting. Each plate was a feast for both the eyes and the palate, with fresh ingredients and colorful garnishes that made every bite memorable.

What truly sets Kase Cuisine apart is the consistency and quality of their food. Every meal was hot, tasty, and generously portioned, and the prices are more than fair for the experience you get. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Haitian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place will not disappoint.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for wonderful food, beautiful colors, and top-notch customer service. Kase Cuisine has officially become my favorite...
