I just moved out here to Fort Lauderdale Downtown Area from Houston let me tell you the variety of Caribbean restaurants in Florida is very big. I was craving some Haitian food and didn’t know where to go???? I looked so many restaurants around me but this one after reading the reviews, & saw appealing good pictures online I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I went up there and it exceeded my expectations. The restaurant was decorated somewhat homestyle vibrant colors on the paintings & the food was served buffet style. They Had music playing in the background and very much authentication. I got a childhood favorite instead of fried food . I honestly came in and was going to get something simple like fried turkey. Our experience was an outstanding one! I can say that this was the 2nd time we've had Haitian food. Our first time was many years ago, and it was not as memorable as this! The customer service at LA Belle Moe Resturaunt was very personable and superb, to say the least! The management and staff ensured that we had a complete understanding of the food, the flavors, the culture behind it all, and the best service experience! I will say we rate this restaurant at a 10 because because of the service of the staff! The food was the best we've ever had! We'll definitely return when we are back in the area! 5 star means top tier and this place is not that I went twice to make sure I wasn’t trippin. I asked the the server if the epinard(spinach) was good she made a face like not really but said it’s ok out her mouth should’ve seen this as a red flag but I proceeded any ways 17.12 for a large plate.
