Subway — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Extremely terrible customer service. We went on 12/25/23 which was Christmas. My boyfriend and I were hungry and since this place was the only place open we went in. From the start they were all out of drinks and the chips were almost gone. There was a huge sign regarding coupons and certain items you cannot order. (This was strange as I’ve never seen it in any other subway). There was also only one lady (Indian lady, I couldn’t get her name tag) handling all the orders and ringing up. The customers ahead of us were already agitated because she was taking so long. This place is definitely under staffed. But that’s not even the worst part. When it came time to order I noticed she already had a variety of 6 inch breads laying out. Nothing was covered and they looked stale. As I was ordering I saw she was about to grab those breads to which I declined and asked for new bread. This woman instantly got mad screaming “this is brand new bread I don’t have anymore bread this is all you’re getting”. Mind you the customers ahead of my boyfriend and I got brand new bread from the back. When I told her this, she screamed at my boyfriend that she would not serve him. Never did he once talk to her. All he did was get up to see what was happening, when she started to scream at me for asking for new bread. We left after that. Extremely unprofessional and we weren’t sure if she’d do anything to our food after that. If you can go to the nearest subway, I would suggest it. Only go to this place if you really have to and if it’s the only place open. You will not have a pleasant experience here and the food is probably not fresh either. The lady that worked that day should also look for another job. I can understand being overwhelmed about working alone, but there’s no reason to start screaming at people just because they want fresh bread. It’s a normal thing across all Subway stores to give customers fresh bread. Also based at how many one star reviews this place has, maybe the owner should look into another business. It seems they nor their employees are good at...

I am never going to this subway again!

First, when I got in, there was just one costumer before me, so I expected the time I am waiting will be short, NO, I waited for more than 10min because the worker was so freaking slow (the guy in front of me had only two sandwiches).

Then, when it was my turn I wanted Italian bread, and then the worker said something that I didn't hear, because the door were open and it was pretty loud outside, and then he started yelling nervously, to tell me that the Italian is not ready and he said I can only choose between white and wheat bread, so I chose, and after he made two of my sandwiches I told him that I want it to be microwaved, and he said "well its too late" I was shocked so he saw that even that I didn't say anything ( IN ANY OTHER subway THEY always ask if you want it microwaved), ok so I said ok. Then I ordered kids meal, and ask for apples (because you can choose between apples and cookie, at least it should've been like that) and when he didn't ask me if I want one (he just gave me the meal) i aksed if I can get apples for a kids meal, he said I have already put you a cookie!! And i stood there confused, and he said you can get yourself a punch form the fridgel!! In every other SUBWAY for a kids meal i get sandwich Apples/cookie Milk/punch And a toy

(in this one I got Sandwich (that was too late to microwave) Cookie (even that I didn't wanted(i wanted apples) And a punch(wasnt an option to choose between milk and punch!!!) No toy)

So when I paid and went outside, opened our meals and realized HE GAVE ME A WHITE COOKIE!! Its not that he didn't give me apples that I wanted, he gave me a cookie on his own will, that I don't like(when we take cookies we always get chocolate chip) !!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN go to this subway!!

VERY BAD SERVICE AT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION!!! I've been a customer of several other Subway shops and never experienced such poor quality service!!! The lady working there was extremely rude, would not honor my local coupon out of local newspaper and hardly applied any meats, cheese and toppings to my order, when I asked her to toast the roll she refused too because she said it would take too long for her time, Really, 1 minute of toasting a roll is too long!!!!! First time and last time for me at this location!!!!! As a business owner myself I'm sure this Subway restaurant will go out of business within the next year!!! Stay...
