The Lobby FTL (Formerly: Masa & More) — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

This restaurant could be a great place to get together and eat and the food might be good. Otherwise, that’s the impression that I had, and why I decided to plan my Christmas party there. Our experience were totally the opposite. Customer services was the worst I ever experienced. I made a reservation a month before and spoke with the manager Nil to confirm the reservation. I called the day before and confirmed the reservation. Everything was ok. He was very cordial waiting for us the next day. They even call back asking if I wanted to select in advance a specific menu for my party. When my teammates arrived the restaurant was closed…closed with a note on the door Kitchen remodeling. Not a phone call to inform us or to apologize. Very disappointed and that decreased my interest to try another time. Customer Service is 0 (zero) less than a star I give them.

Delicious! Stopped by here after seeing it was only a walking distance from the court house. The guy working the front was very helpful as I wanted a few items on the menu and he recommended the CTM wrap made into a bowl. I'm a bit critical when it comes to Indian because it can be hard to find great Indian food, but man he was on point. The gentleman up front said everything is made fresh and when that bowl came out, you can tell! Flavors between the curry, cilantro, peppers and rice. It was a perfect blend and beautifully presented. For $14, I'd be here often if it was so far from where I live. Aside from the delicious food, the atmosphere is very fresh and inviting. Greenery on the walls, and windows from roof to floor facing the intercoastal. Dog friendly too,...
