Wendy's — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Today I went to this particular location on my lunch break , for some reason this restaurant has always been a hit or miss but unfortunately for me they “MISS”more than anything . As I ordered my food I made the attendant aware that the last time I was there my food was Luke warm and my fries were hard from being over cooked .. As I expressed to make my order fresh and that I’m willing to wait . Low and behold I as I pay for my order I’ve made a habit to feel the temperature of my food before driving off … As soon as I make to work to dig in while biting through my chicken nuggets 6 out of 10 nuggets are “HARD” . I’m not the writing a negative review type but once I begin to total up how much money I’ve lost on this location to be disappointed more than I’m satisfied my twitter fingers begin to tingle . This location is so worried about the timer more than the quality of food there providing . I called the location only for the manager to say “I don’t know what to tell you “ . I pray a higher up or a General Manager sees this message and take the necessary steps to help assist this location in providing better food .

The last two days I’ve visited. Yesterday for lunch and today for breakfast. BOTH days your location takes orders, money and then forces you to pull up and wait from 10-20 minutes out front. This has caused me to not be able to enjoy my meal yesterday or this morning. I don’t understand how I placed my order at 7:45am and you pulled me up and then didn’t process my order until 8:01am. Someone needs to look into this because you are missing the mark here. There’s NOTHING fast OR ACCURATE about this location. Yesterday my burger was so old and dry I threw it away and now today you all are so slow and I couldn’t even eat my meal that I paid my hard earned money for. I told your cashier or whoever she was about my issues and she told me she didn’t care and was trying to chastise me for cussing. Yeah I was after you pulled 3 cars and were all late for work at this point. If you are short staffed don’t sit there and flood the kitchen with orders take ONE ORDER AT A TIME. It’s egregious how long you had me waiting for ONE LITTLE BREAKFAST COMBO. I’m sick of it you all need to get it together. Literally the worst Wendy’s in...

Will absolutely never visit this location again. $15 for food I threw straight into the garbage. Drive through girl with the long claw nails (food safety hazard) was just annoyed to take my order to begin with. Very poor attitude. Chicken sandwich was cold. Pickles were brown? For some reason. Mayo smelled like it had gone bad. Fries were unsalted? How is this even possible? I was the ONLY person in the drivethru! Coke was flat. Took a couple bites of the chicken (at this rate expecting to get diarrhea later, for sure) Absolutely wasted my money. I know for a fact that if I returned to this location in the morning, that there would at least be a manager watching over the quality of food and service. These people at night simply do not care about food safety, or quality of service. I could have EASILY went directly across the street to McDonald’s and at the -very- least gotten food that was consistently “ok.” There’s just no excuse for this.
