Would normally give any Starbucks a 5-star rating but I was so pressed today that I had to make a review. Now, everyone is trying to spend coins/save coins simultaneously, so my husband and I went inside and I asked for, word for word, the POOR MAN’S CHAI TEA LATTE (recipe in photo), right? I don’t really care about any backlash from this but what I DO CARE about is that the cashier, didn’t TYPE in the register exactly what I asked for. The paying customer specifically said, “Chai MISTO WITH THE TWO BAGS OF CHAI TEA, sugar-free vanilla and sugar-free cinnamon”. He still put in a chai tea latte. I asked him Why did he type in chai tea latte and He began to “ teach” me that they were the same. I responded by telling him that the CHAI-TEA LATTE includes the LIQUID CONCENTRATED Chai tea and milk and he stuck with the fact that they were the same. I replied, Noo, maybe similar but not the same. Finally, I scanned the total for my stars and left pissed and pressed that he didn’t ring up EXACTLY what I ordered. Coworkers appeared shock about our conversation but I wasn’t irate or anything so No POLICE were called 🤨. Please Note-I’ve ordered it before with no problems as such. Advice- customers are what drives the business. I will not tell his name.
