Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Today I came into Starbucks I ordered the same thing I ordered every time I come here today my coffee tasted water down. I ordered extra crunch. I had to ask for it cause it wasn’t put on there originally I asked them if they had everything bagel they said no so I opted for a plain bagel. The girl said no she even checked the tray and still said no I happen to ask when they were getting more bagels in and one young lady who is really nice and super nice she said we have bagels and I’m like why did she tell me that like you could’ve missed the sale because she didn’t go the extra mile to doublecheck. She just assumed that you didn’t have any anyway I won’t be back for a while until you guys can get it right my review previous to this was excellent because I deal with the same crew every morning. And they’re pretty much on point not sure what happened today. I can’t blame the crew who made the drink because the person who took the order didn’t listen to anything that I asked, for. I asked for only whipped cream on the top. There was whipped cream on the bottom as well I asked for extra crunch I had to ask for it again She didn’t even get my name right and I clearly told her my name. I made a joke about it yes but I didn’t mumble when I said it if she didn’t wanna take my order or she didn’t wanna be upfront she should’ve just stayed in the back. She wasn’t personable at all. Would normally give any Starbucks a 5-star rating but I was so pressed today that I had to make a review. Now, everyone is trying to spend coins/save coins simultaneously, so my husband and I went inside and I asked for, word for word, the POOR MAN’S CHAI TEA LATTE (recipe in photo), right? I don’t really care about any backlash from this but what I DO CARE about is that the cashier, didn’t TYPE in the register exactly what I asked for. The paying customer specifically said, “Chai MISTO WITH THE TWO BAGS OF CHAI TEA, sugar-free vanilla and sugar-free cinnamon”. He still put in a chai tea latte. I asked him Why did he type in chai tea latte and He began to “ teach” me that they were the same. I responded by telling him that the CHAI-TEA LATTE includes the LIQUID CONCENTRATED Chai tea and milk and he stuck with the fact that they were the same. I replied, Noo, maybe similar but not the same. Finally, I scanned the total for my stars and left pissed and pressed that he didn’t ring up EXACTLY what I ordered. Coworkers appeared shock about our conversation but I wasn’t irate or anything so No POLICE were called 🤨. Please Note-I’ve ordered it before with no problems as such. I usually stop by this Starbucks on my way to work, a great place to sit and chat or catch up on some tasks requiring a WiFi connection and an Apple laptop (seriously everybody has MacBooks lol). The staff there is very chill. Today was an exceptional experience though as usual, the manager, Stephen, went above and beyond for my order today. I was confused about the sizes of the cups. "Tall" is Small at Starbucks, Grande, which might lead you to believe your drink will be grand by its namesake is just a bigger medium, and Venti well, they just flat out hand you an entire gallon of whatever you ordered. The mythical Trenta is the largest size and can only be ordered by completing a journey tasked by an ancient Wizard. In all seriousness, this particular Starbucks is in a great location tucked right next to a taco spot which I will also be reviewing today; it's Tuesday. And across the street from a movie place and near businesses filled with people who function off nothing but coffee. Thank you, Stephen, and the staff at this Starbucks.
