Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Lee

I am a local business owner. I stop at this Starbucks everyday at 5am mon-fri to get my cup of coffee on my way to work and normally I have no issues with this one today however I go and it was 5:10 the employees still did not open up but were inside ignoring everyone because they came in late to open. When the girl finally comes to the window she says we’re not open yet as I point out there business hours right at the window. She goes on to say that they control when the store opens. As myself and another patron are talking to this one another gentleman comes to the window and moves the last out the way in a rude manner and slams the window in my and the other patrons face as he says we’re closed. Idk what that Josh gullon talking about, it’s a DRIVE THRU. It’s cars only, each of their own though. I only go to this Starbucks, one time I went to the different Starbucks. It just doesn’t taste the same. The workers there are the nicest and they never fail when it comes to my iced chi. They also recommend me such a good drink called ice pumpkin chi latte, I get it everyday now. Shoutout to a girl name Sam in this location she made some cute design on my cup, I didn’t have the chance to take a picture because I was running late for work but 10/10. Had awful experiences at this location with a rude and impatient staff. They consistently make errors in coffee orders. This morning, I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk, but it was made with regular milk. Despite driving back to buy another, the staff was unhelpful and had an attitude while I was giving the new order. When I requested her to discard the incorrect coffee, she rudely stated they don't accept anything and banged the window in my face. Not to mention, there's no trash can in sight. Save your time and money – this place is not worth it, as they'll ruin your day with their attitude and provide subpar coffee. If possible, I'd give this place...
