Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Lupton

We have been a loyal customer of this location for a long time. We have had them deliver over 100 pizza’s to our home outside of town. Never an issue until tonight. Order using my phone instead of my wife’s. Driver showed up with and attitude. Before saying anything g else the driver started in on how they had to force my order through and they will never deliver to me again. I asked why. He said I am outside the delivery area but the homes directly across the street are not . He began to tell how this is my first and last delivery and I stopped him. I shared we have had numerous deliveries from this location to our home. I told him my wife normally orders. He said I would then have to only use her phone to order…. What? Why? My address is the same on her phone and on mine. My son has ordered from his phone number as well and never has had an issue. In fact every other driver has been very polite. The male driver that was sent tonight needs to go to work for Walmart. He is best suited for receiving where he can work alone unloading trucks. Maybe tell the truck driver that he won’t be servicing him anymore because he is outside his area…. This driver is a serious jack wagon. That most likely lives in his grandmothers basement sitting on his computer in his BVD’s and only dressing in his domino’s Pizza deliver Clothing when he goes to work… His highlight of his life is when he can jack with someone who ordered pizza from by his location driving his POS Honda civic that he cut the muffler out of to make it sound like he has a legit...

This is about the quality of food ordered and instructions on June 21st ordering just after noon. I tried to report it on the app but my phone doesn't accept texts I put a new # in but it kept coming up the other # !! I order quite often for delivery the same deliver person has a problem with grease it's happened at least 2 other times. I've heard the delivery person has to pull the stuff and package their own delivery order if this is true this person makes the order greasy and must enjoy giving small pieces of cinnamon twists/parmesan bites etc both had a few tiny pieces. The order cost $58.+ and I always give a tip . The 2 pizzas didn't happen to be oily although the dough was doughy and flat didn't rise they were not cooked enough for a pan pizzas. The cinnamon twists and parmesan bites were so oily you could squeeze the oil out the boxes were saturated. The quality check should have noticed the oil and the flat pan pizzas. The whole order was terrible and the delivery guy/gal did not follow the contact delivery instructions right in the receipt either it was to put on chair it was put on the ground right in front of door and my...

Shame on you Leslie, very very bad representation of Domino's Pizza, you're a manager and to hang up on me as I was asking a simple question on how I can get pizza delivered to me, I asked for delivery to your parking lot and I would drive my semi to pick up, you said no and gave reason being security reasons, understandable! So when I asked well trying to ask can I have it delivered to a store location near you guys , you rudely hung up on me, I've over looked alot in the past including from Domino's, whom most always gives me great service! Tonight is a bad night for your disrespect, I'm the most respectful guy one of anyways that you will ever meet, as of tonight I will never order another Domino's Pizza until you call me and apologize for your unprofessional and immature actions tonight...
