Look I understand not to expect much because it is McDonald's. This is not gourmet.
But
We ordered 4 items. Scrambled eggs, apple slices, Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle, and a hashbrown. Simple enough. We didn't even ask for anything special.
After we pay, I look at our receipt and it shows an apple fritter and no scrambled eggs. Now I am on a diet. I cannot eat this apple fritter. I want my scrambled eggs. So we get the bag at the next window and we tell the girl what was wrong. She starts to ask for the money for the scrambled eggs. I again explain that I have already paid for an apple fritter that I do not want. She asks for my receipt which I provide, and then demands I return the fritter. I do. She disappeared somewhere and returned with a bag and we left.
No refund. The apple fritter is 50 cents more. But whatever.
Now my boyfriend used to work at McDonald's. There are 2 kinds of scrambled eggs. One is the folded kind for sandwiches. The other is a pre-made mixture made specifically for scrambled eggs. This woman gave me the folded eggs. No salt. No pepper. No seasoning whatsoever. Tasted like actually nothing. And to boot, she gave me no utensils when I was ordering through a drive through. So I had to eat it with my hands. I didn't even finish them, they were that flavorless and sad. I should also add that between the two of us, I was the hungry one in the car. I was the whole reason we stopped at all.
So in summary, they messed our order, didn't offer a refund, gave me the wrong kind of egg scramble, and no utensils. They never even apologized for any of this.

Read moreWe visited this McDonald’s for breakfast. First issue, all main doors were locked and blocked, but we found the one open door. Then we had issues with the order kiosk—both the touch screen hardware and the ordering software had issues. Employee honored promo by comping one of the items, but this meant no rewards points.
For a separate mobile order, they weren’t even aware of the order for at least 10 minutes and then they informed me the machine doesn’t work, they don’t have espresso and they also didn’t have the McCafé syrups to make an iced mocha.
The big breakfasts we got had soggy bottom biscuits because the biscuits were put on top of the (presumably fresh?) scrambled eggs. Had to ask for extra jelly and butter since no butter was included and they didn’t give the usual amount of jelly. Food temperature met expectations.
We were very disappointed by the dining room, where literally every table was dirty, I mean every single table had crumbs, grease, etc on the tabletops….based on the small number of dine in customers, it appeared as though the tables had been left dirty from the night before. We found a table that could be used but the booth seat was greasy.
Overall I would not dine in here again, employees weren’t particularly unfriendly but seemed to be doing the bare minimum on...
Read moreRather strange when you pull-up to the drive through and order two burgers.. I'm asked what kind of burgers? I did not ask for a Big Mac. I did not ask for a McDouble. Did not ask for a quarter pounder, a cheeseburger. I think these menu choices are self-explanatory and that two burgers means two hamburgers. After much discussion I paid for my two hamburgers, picked them up and went home. As I unwrapped them, I found two burgers sopping wet with ketchup and tons of pickles on them. I did not ask for extra ketchup or extra pickles with lots of pickle juice. I scraped off the extra ketchup took the pickles off and tried to eat one of my hamburgers. Notice I said hamburgers because they don't understand what a burger is. The sandwich (a hamburger is a sandwich) tasted just like a pickle. That's all I could taste. I have had a problem at this restaurant in the past. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. There won't be a third shame.. I just won't go back there. I was just glad that I wasn't asked if I wanted fries with my what kind of burger...
