This is my local favorite Chick-fil-A. This store is very well run. The employees are always so nice and very efficient. Recently, I downloaded the app and use it for delivery from Chick-fil-A by Chick-fil-A delivery drivers. I can't stand Doordash and their terrible business tactics and treatment of the employees.... So bring able to order straight from the restaurant and delivered by the restaurant!! YES! MY PLEASURE! The prices are a little higher for items of delivered, but paying for convenience is necessary sometimes. It tickles me that that extra money goes towards the actual restaurant and not a middleman delivery company. And even the delivery driver gets 100% of the tip.
Another little tidbit about the app, the Chick-fil-A rewards program through the app is amazing and very generous.
With the app you have a choice of picking it up going through the line pulling up curbside or going in which I don't think is available right now but will be soon. I believe within the last few days they've actually opened the restaurant up for limited indoor dining.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. They listen to you even when you can't make up your mind to order, they will still stand there with a smile, and help you with your placement order, via suggestive sales, or other helpful detours. : D
I'd have to say, the nicest people in this store are Katie Welsh and Melinda Welsh, Team Member and Manager. They are both the nicest people I'v ever seen at a fast food restaurant! They should both be managers! Give Katie a shot! She can do just as good a job as any manager! Krystal Stocker is an incredible Restaurant Manager and she deserves to own the place! She will laugh at your jokes, no matter how stupid they are... HAHA!
I recently had my order messed up, but there came Krystal to the rescue! With the help of Katie and Melinda Welsh, the three of them restored my order to it's former glory! The three of them save more lives than superman!

I've also noticed that several outdoor order employees on the morning shift seem unfriendly. While I understand that early mornings can be tough, a welcoming attitude goes a long way in enhancing the customer experience. It's disheartening to encounter indifference or rudeness when starting the day.
There have been instances where the restaurant has been shortchanged, with employees telling me to "not worry about change." This raises concerns about the financial integrity of the establishment. I'm unsure how this practice aligns with proper accounting procedures and it leaves me feeling uneasy about the overall management of the location.
