Although I will say their food is great, and the majority of the time we do not have this issue, but today my GF went to this location and had a horrible experience. She ordered the food in the drive through and was told to wait in a parking spot which is typical. She waited for over 30 minutes. She then went inside and waited in line to talk to someone. She was greeted by young man and she asked him where the food was because she had been waiting for quite some time outside. He proceeded to tell her that he will be with her in a minute in a rude tone. She stood and waited several more minutes and never got any service. So she asked if she could get her food, or get a refund. She was then told to stop "cussing" at the young man. Luckily a nice older gentleman was there to stand up for her and called the worker out and said she had never yelled or used any profanity. Needless to say, we will not be back. The guy working there is lucky that I was not with her because I most certainly would have used some profanity if he was going to act like that. Read moreAs a 38 yr chef, business owner and restaurateur/Mgr I am quite disappointed in what this establishment has become. This all begins with very poor/inadequate management.
ZERO customers in the dining room while 5 online order recipients (Self included) wait over 30 minutes for our order. 1 cook in the kitchen hustling to keep steam table full, 2 servers hustling to fill orders while running out of food. 1 drive-thru employee doing very little while the young, confused and highly inexperienced manager stands watching it all doing absolutely NOTHING to 'MANAGE' or help in ANY way!
2 (TWO) drive-thru customers walked in and demanded their money back and I can't blame them.
PLEASE INTERVENE AND GET SOME EXPERIENCED MANAGER(S) IN HERE!!
P.S. Also; the food on the steam table should not look like it's been sitting there all day. Teach the employees to keep a frequent stir on things (Esp when seeing customers entering building) and also use a timer and replace food as necessary.

Read moreI placed my order online and proceeded to the drive thru for pickup. There were two cars in line at the window. I waited for five minutes for anyone to come across the speaker and decided to go to the window after no greeting what so ever at the menu board. When am employee came to the window I was told they were too busy and not currently taking anymore orders at that time. I replied that I had received notification that my online order was ready for pick-up. At that time the employee stated that I would have to come inside for pickup. I always order online and have always been able to pick up through the drive thru. I am not sure when businesses gained the ability to just make up rules as they go. When did restaurants stop taking orders because of being busy? Absolutely no recommendations for this location as the food was also cold due to how long I was made to wait to get my order.
