We went into the store to return a belt that we purchased yesterday & then we found cheaper (ALOT CHEAPER) 2A was $50 and we found it for $20 so who wouldn’t return it with a receipt & the package untouched. We went in & my boyfriend had the belt & told him that we needed to return it & owner raised his voice & ask why he needed to return it and BF says we found it extremely cheaper & we just need to return it. The owner was very rude from the start of the conversation & said don’t come back in my store if you are going to return products.. He said a lot of other rude comments & very unprofessional.. With times as hard as it is why would you not try to get your products as cheap as you can.. I understand he has a business & trying to make money as well just as a lot of us are but this man had very poor customer service..He was cussing & very rude.. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.. He definitely doesn’t need to be in Sales & deal with the Customers.. I have never in my life saw a owner of a company act & talk as he did.. We will NEVER do business with him or his store again.. I don’t care if we have to travel miles away.. Plus when you walk in you can barely get to the desk because products are everywhere. He has a very narrow walk way to get to the desk.. VERY POOR...
Read moreI called this place at 12:34 today asking to see if they had a heating element for my oven. I was told that he was with a customer and took my information and the model of my oven and told me he would call me back when finished with the customer. I waited almost 3 hours for a call back. I called them again 3:03 pm and got no answer, I let it ring at least 8 times and hung up. I called another place that was closer to me and had them to order the heating element for me. At 3:27 pm I got a call from 2A Appliances and was told they did not have it in stock and could order it. He said the price from Frigidaire was around 147.00 and he could order an after market one for about 36.00. I then told him that I had just called a place closer to me and order the part because I had just called him back and got no answer and before I could say anything else this man started going off saying he wished he had known that so he s didn’t waste his time that there were only 2 people working. I wasted his time. Every time I tried to talk after that he just kept getting louder and talking over me and I just hung up. I have never had a employee at a company talk to me like this and would never do business with a company like this and will never recommend...

Only a little trail from the front door to the back. I made my husband stay on the phone with me because it was creepy. Got the part. When the guy was writing the receipt, he got my name off the card, no biggie but asked for my address. I questioned why he needed my address for just a part. He very rudely told me he needed it in case something was wrong with the card. I refused and he started telling me that no one had ever questioned him on that. He then told me he wasn't going to sell my address or stalk me or anything. This guy was creepy. I mean if I had bought an appliance and he needed it for a warranty or delivery, yeah no issues on the address but for a 25 dollar part, nope. Cashiers at the grocery store don't ask for your address when you use a card for groceries, why should he? I definitely would...
