Arby's — Restaurant in Fort Payne

Worst experience i have had at an Arbys. I have worked at fast food years ago but the customer service here was terrible. After ordering my food I went back up to the counter to get some condiments. There was some ketchup on the counter which I grabbed, the girl behind the counter stated she couldn't let me take the ketchup due to covid issue but yet proceed to take the sauce out of my hand which would clearly be against covid protocols. Then after I started eating my meal, I approached the counter again to get additional sauces and another worker was having a conversation with another customer about stuff that wasn't work related. She clearly saw me standing their but while she was converstating she stated she needed to get back to work and turned around and left me standing there. Not good customer service. Also the place was not that busy but the dining room was very messy and when the worker cleaned the tables she left them with food on the tables even after she sprayed them down, also not within "covid protocol." I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a decent place...

Great classic roast beef, only problem is the manager and how they gave employees trained, I order online and if my order is wrong missing a sandwich they claim they can't do anything, they said online isn't Arby's, I said I use your app, still they refuse without giving any info, I asked for district manager she wouldn't give it to me she said it's his personal phone to. Unreal never seen a business like that. Thank God i complained at corporate online, and the District manager called me unblocked and was a really nice guy & very professional, he is a people person, but the manager now isn't. She made me wait in at drive through window I got email from them saying my order is ready only 3 classic chickens, when I pulled up and she opened window seen it was me she said it Wil be a minute I clocked it 8 minutes later she came back said can you pull up and someone will bring it out, I asked her I got email saying it was ready she said it is and it isn't, then shut window I pulled up waited 5 more minutes total of 13 and a nice young man brought...

I knew it was a mistake to go here. I stupidly thought there may have been an improvement. Absolutely not! $20 wasted on food that was inedible. I'm not exaggerating when I say it all went into the trash. I was told to pull to the side while my order was prepared. Hope for a decent meal or at least fresh fries. NOPE. Every single thing was cold and old. OLD AND COLD. Where are the owners? Corporate? Does no one in charge realize how terrible this place has become? The price of food and eating out in general is ridiculous especially when its thrown away. This place seriously needs to be shut down. It's an embarrassment and in no way can it be healthy to serve food that is obviously old AF. The only and I mean ONLY thing positive is the man taking my order in the drive thru was extremely nice and personable. Very friendly which is unusual when dealing with food service workers lately.
