Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Fort Payne

Never had a problem before I go into jacks on a daily since I also deliver with door dash , This morning I was ordering food for my self , husband and kids . The girl taking the order was rush everything I said she kept saying does that complete your order till it got to the last thing I said then she said pull around my order was not finished I also needed a on the older woman at the drive threw who took my money was sweet as can be she always is when I come in. I got home I live 4 mins down the road the hash browns tasted old and stale like they been sitting awhile and my two sausage and biscuits for my kids was not in there . So I went back she acted like I was lying about the sausage and biscuits not being in there she didn't say that but you could tell by the look on her face she also proceeded to tell me the hash browns was not stale causethey just came up cause she remembered my order I know what they tasted like cause I also work fast food the second batch was fresh though so that's good but the attitude the woman had makes me just wanna stick with just door dash ther and go in the other side of town when it comes to my family and I food! Also my gravy and biscuits has always had little pieces of sausage in it today it had bigike half size ...

I’ve been going to this jacks since I was a little girl. 5 years old running in every morning with my grandfather and eating biscuits and gravy.

I’ve been with this jacks since before and after its renovations. When it still had a playground lively with wren and lizards, and after they removed it.

I do not believe I’ve ever had a single bad experience here truly. Of course there are your typical long wait lines sometimes during rush hour, but when the line wraps around the building, you cannot fully be upset. Your food is always hot and leaves you feeling nice.

Even when I’ve had little mishaps like getting mayo when I’ve asked for no mayo, whether I noticed in the parking lot or once I got home, this restaurant has always accommodated me and fixed any problem I had and then some.

Burgers are definitely a different taste than that of McDonald’s. I’d choose jacks any day, and their chicken fingers are great too.

About 30$ for my family of 4 but that’s not with everyone getting drinks and fries.

first time trying Jack's since I don't have one where I live. we order the big Jack and the big bacon. I'll say very decent, simple and nice flavor, patty juicy (not dry like others), fresh vegetables, definitely better than McDonald's or burger King though. reminded me a little bit to the flavor I used to like from checker's many years ago. if u order the big Jack though and u like cheese, make sure to add it, the picture shows a cheese in it, but I never got it so I ask the cashier about the cheese and she said that sandwich doesn't come with cheese, I showed her the picture in the menu the manager was just there and I pointed at the picture and show it to her, she said that is mustard no cheese, really?? she smiled and said a lot of ppl make the same mistake all the time and she gave me a slice of cheese. thanks ma'am. 🙂 so... why not changing the picture or at least put the ingredients under the picture??? just a...
