Update- After speaking to Jason (the Franchisee of the company) I am giving this place 5 stars. He went out of his way to see to the issue getting fixed and accommodated me for the lost time from work due to the issues on this matter happening repeatedly. He was very sincere and understanding and reassured me that I should not have the same issue. I want to say thank you for the kindness and good customer service and due to those reasons this place deserves the 5 stars I am giving it. Things can always be turned around if corrected and he did just that. Very good guy running this company.
I never usually have issues with ordering my sub here. And I do like the subs. But I've ordered MANY BLTs in my life and I've never been told I had to ask for the "LT" part of a BLT. The girl told me I had to specifically ask for lettuce and tomato.....on a BLT....it's a BLT...which is abbreviation for bacon lettuce tomato...?? lol she told me they can't assume toppings. Now I've worked in delis making subs. Never in my life have I heard of this. And I'm 100% sure this is in fact NOT a thing. I love Jersey Mike's BLTs but I will not be ordering there anymore if this is how the employees are going to do things. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard and makes completely no sense to even call it a BLT if I have to ask for the veggies it's suppose to come with. Not trying to be a complainer but this is not the first time they've done this and when I'm on a 30 min lunch. It's a bit frustrating because then I have to take an extended break due to their mistake. Especially when I did make sure to ask for the veggies because of the last mess up. To ensure it wasn't. Read moreI gave 3 ONLY because I love Jersey Mikes salad. However, yesterday we arrived around 8:30pm and waited for the staff to finish cleaning before they even acknowledged we were there. Once they acknowledged us all I got was a blank stare. I then placed my order, while my order was being made, some other people walked in and the employees then started huffing and complaining under their breath and rolling their eyes. We could make out some remarks but still, it was very uncomfortable because it seems like they did the same when I arrived.
