Quality is bad. Never looks like the advertisement. Sometimes good, but it's like rolling the dice. I don't understand how anyone would even try and sell this pizza. No quality control. Why should a customer have to call and complain. They have a process of letting horrifying pizzas go to customers. If they complain, they remake it, or if they don't complain, then this horrible pizzas was ok. I now order my pizza from a different location and the new location knows the problems this store has. It's just not me EVERYONE knows the problems. It's sad that it can't be corrected or brought up to Pizza Hut standards.
Update(12.20.2022): after 3 years of my post and pictures to back it up, the "owner" of the business responded and asked me to reach out to try and correct the problem.....1 year later nothing. I gave them my number and nothing happened as of today. They didn't make up anything to me. All they did was write a standard post to fake customers into thinking they care. Clearly, they care about their reputation online (taking time to write something) and less time making a quality pizza or providing good customer service. Well, Google just notified me today. These pictures have been seen by over 80k people, and I hope this post has helped them make better decisions. I stopped ordering from this location 4 years ago.

Read moreVery disappointed, I ordered food a few weeks ago online and paid 37.00$, waited about an hour and a half for the delivery while trying to call the store and nothing so I drove to the store and there was a sign on the window stating they were closed.
I called the number that was answered by im Guessing a third party who informed me to call a 800 number for refund. I called the store when they opened 2 days later and spoke with a gentleman who said he was the rgm and told me I should be refunded within a couple days.... nothing after 4 days I called and spoke to a woman manager who said the refund could take up to 10 days. I also spike to corporate who said their higher up would contact me and never did. I waited another week and a half with no refund and called and talked to the same female manager who called the agm on the phone but said he was out on a boat somewhere and all I could do was wait on corporate.
I still have not gotten a refund or even just a credit to replace the order. We order from this store every single week since they opened but never again, very unprofessional and unwilling to fix a problem that could have easily been fixed by offering a credit, I had the proof of the order on my app and the bank...
Read moreNo help what so ever, I looked online and I see a family wing meal I call the store and I told them they said we don't have it it's only online, OK what's the difference if I order it online, the store still has to make it correct? right, so I told him you have wings don't you? you have fries right? he responded yes I said OK so give me wings and fries I don't care if it's a family wing meal or not , got so frustrated that I didn't even order wings I just got a dinner box, this Pizza Hut location needs a lot of well needed training for the employees, I was asking simple questions and they couldn't even give me a reasonable answer some people just don't have common sense but anyways that was the only Pizza Hut in my current area while I was traveling so I had no choice, but the next time I would be more than happy to travel 15 to 20 miles more to give my Business to a store that is more helpful,knowledgeable, courteous I hope these reviews tell the owner that either one he needs to train his employees better or two fire and hire better ones also they should be more local promotions Deals...
