I came to this location a little over a week ago and there was this young lady (very young, looked like she was fresh out of Highschool), and now wish I would've gotten her name, but I'm such a nonconfrontational person that I didn't even think to do it or complain to the manager, but this girl had a bad attitude from the start when I simply asked her how the digital coupons worked. I should've known I was in for a treat... I did hear her ask for some gloves but none of the several women working in there paid any attention to her. The next thing see is this young lady take the trash out and change the garbage bag with her bare hands, then come right back behind the counter and fix my food with those same bare hands!
I stood there burning up on the inside not wanting to be confrontational but also not wanting to eat food that I KNEW had all kinds of nasty germs, viruses, and God knows what on it. I did eventually say something to her in the most polite, timid manner possible, but it didn't matter because this young girl took such a nasty attitude with me, claiming that she did wash her hands and saying that she "knows the rules", in such a passive aggressive, obviously defensive way, that I later thought that I should've just been blunt and reported her to the manager or asked for a refund if I was going to get all of that attitude anyway. Whether she washed her hands, knew the rules or not, she clearly wasn't following them, because either way, she should've had on gloves. I took the food anyway, not wanting to cause anymore upset, because all of the people in the restaurant that night were the same race (the same race as me) and the same gender, and judging by their conversations and the blatant attitude I was getting, I knew they probably had a herd mentality and I would've probably not been heard. Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars. It’s very sad that just being polite is too much to ask for these days. We drove out on a rainy night to get food for our whole family. When we got to the drive thru speaker, we were told to just pull to the window. So when we pulled up I said “Hi” and the employees didn’t respond; they just kept laughing and talking with one another. I tried ordering 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and the only the reply was “we ain’t got that”…. So since we didn’t have a menu in front of us it took a second to decide what to order. While we were deciding, the employees were dancing and playing music on their phones (looked like they were making TikToks or something). We had to wait for them to come back to the window; meanwhile we have a line of cars behind us. When she finally came back, we tried ordering spicy tender meals and got the same reply, “we ain’t got that”…. So we just asked “okay, what do you have?” she didn’t respond, she was literally on her cell phone ignoring us not even trying to hide it. Since she didn’t feel the need to answer us, we became so frustrated that we just passed on this restaurant and went somewhere else. I can always understand running out of food and having those types of issues but if your customer service can’t be any better than that, you won’t be getting any business from me....

This time we pulled up to the drive thru and waited ten minutes without any response. So I pulled up to the windows and there was nobody in sight. So I parked and went inside. There was a young kid making a sandwich for someone. Also another young employee came inside complaining about something, then proceeded to go hide out in the back of the kitchen. When the other young employee was done with the first customer, he didn’t say one word to me waiting and just walked and hid in the back with the other young employee.
Moral of the story is stay away from this location if you are expecting good customer service because it does not exist here. Management should be ashamed of their employees here and Popeyes should think more clearly on who they put in charge at their locations Or they’ll be the next Burger King, gone!
