Omg terrible!!! I have been waiting now for almost 20 minutes for my order. The staff is running around like crazy behind the counter but handing out no orders. There a orders completed just setting on the counter getting watered down and the CUSTOMERS finally reaching behind themselves to take their orders! I asked someone to check on my order, he said he would be right back and after he went back he came out and started making other people's drink order. I finally was able to get his attention again and asked if he found out what was going on. He very loudly and rudely said." Your going to have to wait lady there a lot of people before you!" Besides the fact that that was extremely rude, not an answer and he had specifically said he was going to check for me it was also not true. There was only one lady left who had come in before me and she was also still waiting for just a sandwich. At this point I had been waiting 20 minutes for a cream cheese croissant and a cake pop. The lady in front of me finally asked what was going on they went and gave her a four dollar gift card. She still did not get her sandwich. She went up to the cash register and said she had to have the sandwich because she was going to be late for a meeting. The sandwich finally came. About this time the barista who had told me I had to wait threw a cake pop on the counter and shouted "here's your cake pop already!" A customer in line turned and looked surprised and said "I guess that's your cake pop but that was rude". But even after that I had to stay and wait because I still had not gotten my croissant. Once again I had to get someone's attention and asked if they could please see what was going on because now it was over 20 minutes for just a croissant. The guy walked over and picked one up that was cold and gave it to me. At this point it was not even worth arguing over the fact that the food was cold I just needed to get out of there. I went in there at 9:56. It is now 10:25 and I just got in my car with my food. There was no apology or explanation and I am shocked by how rude they were. The make my drink wrong every single time. I order it at kiddie temperature at every Starbucks I go to and every time I order it here I go take a sip and it burns the heck out of my mouth. This time I said it 10 times and had the guy confirm that it was warm... what do you know another scorching hot drink and they take FOREVER. They’ll be like 2 cars in front of you and you’re sitting there at least 10-15 minutes.
Before this time I had it with this Starbucks because I advanced ordered 20-25 minutes ahead of time because they are so slow we’ll I’m on my way to work stop to go pick up my order and it’s not ready not one person acknowledged me I went to the cashier and was like I have a mobile order that I paid for already. Then said “oh Someone will make it soon” I told them I’ll take a refund because I have to go to work. Read moreI was passing through town to set up for an event and got scolded for placing a mobile order and joining the drive thru line too early.
I told them at the speaker that the order was recently just placed and apologized for being there so soon, and they said it was ok and they’d get working on it. This was as soon as they opened, 5am on a Sunday. No one else in line.
I got to the window and was scolded by an employee about how I should have just ordered at the speaker instead of mobile ordering, insisting it was inconvenient for them and that for future mobile orders I should wait at least 10 minutes before joining the line.
If the order is placed in that moment at the speaker or is already placed online and paid for, I’m not sure I understand what the difference is. I would wait either way. I definitely don’t understand being scolded at 5am about how I ordered my coffee.
