Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Scott

Updated: We've been ordering from this location for several years now. I order almost exclusively through the app, and have earned several free pizzas each year by doing so. On rare occasion, my food isn't ready on time, and when that happens, or my wait in the pickup line is especially long, they always make it right by offering a free 2 liter of soda, and then usually ask if they can do anything else to make it up to me.

They almost always make my order just right, but one time their ovens were acting up and a pizza was burned to a crisp. They gave me a new one when I called, along with an apology and 2 liter. Their service is with a smile, every time, and several associates know me and grab my food as soon as they see me. They are very generous with our library as well. Love hate relationship with this place, I absolutely love the food, but they have a huge gap in employment. Constant new hires and one tiny thing they will ALWAYS get wrong is asking for buffalo sauce or extra, they will miss it every single time. I had to drive back and ask the manager why this was happening, he explained its just extremely tiny on the screen and most new hires will miss it. Super annoying to drive back constantly to get my sauce put on that should be on there in the first place. BUT I digress, they have never failed to fix it, and give me some sort of credit or discount to show they're sorry. I recently had the pleasure of being served by a fantastic young man at Domino's Pizza. Not only was he friendly and polite, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was great. He took the time to listen to my specific requests and made sure that everything was done just right. His attention to detail and excellent customer service skills truly stood out to me.
