The Kitchen Collective + Collaborative — Restaurant in Fort Scott

It's a lovely place. Modern, beautiful, and full of lots of awesome kitchen items for sale. The selections and options are on point for a quick grab meal. I was really stokked about this concept. I reserve praise on two points. One is that the food is a bit hit and miss, depending on whose recipe it is (somewhat to be expected, but I was hoping for mutual support and critique. Especially with regard to saltiness and greasiness.) The second is the system for ordering needs to be improved. Oftentimes an advertised special sells out online way before it hits the storefront, which is great for business, but not dependable for would be regulars. There should be a reserve batch or something to ensure you still get storefront food traffic and don't drive off in-person customers.
