Arby's — Restaurant in Fort Smith

My husband delivers for door dash and the kids and I went with him today because our power was out and the house was cold. He got a pick up order from this Arby's on Towson and the old lady working the drive thru was very rude. Told my husband that he isn't supposed to pick up through the drive thru when the directions on Door dash clearly said to. She said she will only allow it tonight because of the weather being bad. Food would be higher but, it was luke warm. I placed an order on the app at 2:38pm and it said it would be ready by 2:45pm for pick up in lobby. I got there at 2:45 and I could see my food was ready on the prep table. Many employees walked by and acknowledged that I was the online order waiting, however they were supposed to be on drive through so they did not help me. Went to grab a bite at the newly remodeled Arby's on Towson in Fort Smith on Saturday June 12, 2021, had a hard time understanding the lady at the drive thru due to volume too loud on new speaker and some static on speaker, after asking her to repeat stuff a time or two she developed an attitude that I did not appreciate and was shocked that she did, when I said "wow that's the attitude you are going to take with me, I will go somewhere else" she tried to explain why instead of simply apologizing and resetting her attitude.
