Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Smith

We were greeted as soon as we walked in with a friendly smile and hello. For those like my family who were visiting from another state, they don't have a Cicis Pizza Buffet and really liked coming here. They were impressed with how fresh the salad was and how many toppings there were to choose from. I love how many salad dressings there are to choose from as well. There was a wide variety of pizza choices which they loved but we're saddened they were to full to try the dessert offerings. Though prices have went up over the years and you have to purchase your beverage in addition to the meal ( if you want only water you still have to pay for the beverage) it's still a good deal if you have large eaters with salad, pizza, dessert and beverage bars offering up plenty of choices for everyone's taste buds. My family loved playing the arcade games as well. You can also order a personal pizza to have made if you don't see it on the pizza bar like Zesty Veggie which we love and have it at our table. With prices being what they are it's best for families who eat a lot. I wouldn't recommend for picky eaters or small eaters. Also we have always been impressed with how clean the place is no matter how many times over the years we have eaten there and we were pleased my family...

I have to say this was the worst visit I have ever experienced. Children were running all over the place, some at one point almost causing my disabled wife to fall as she was walking to the buffet line. Employees going around cleaning tables were having to dodge these kids and their parents just sat there and let them run wild. Management seemed to care less and didn't bother to say anything to these parents. Needless to say, I won't be going back as it has become a hazard for people who have a disability that affects their mobility. Such a shame as I have always enjoyed going to CiCi's. My Kids Always Want To Go To Cici's & Today May 1, My Little Girl Wanted To Go Again For Her 9th Birthday, Got There The 2 Women At The Cashier Said They Would Bring Out Her Favorite Pizza ( Canadian Bacon & Pineapple ) & Sing Happy Birthday To Her.
