I've never really enjoyed specialty pizzas. Almost anytime I had them they always seemed just too over the top. Hideaway has mastered the specialty pizza. Through numerous different visits my family and I have tried several different pizzas. The Pollinator, Paradise Pie, The Sicilian, Cimarron, they have all been out of this world good. Their dressings are made in house and they have amazing blue cheese. They offer a "ranch flight" that comes with classic, parmesan peppercorn, chipotle, avocado, and jalapeno ranch, all really good paired with their fried mozzarella sticks. The service has always been exceptional as well. Whether dining at the bar or being seated in the dining room, I have not once had a bad experience. They also offer the most no-nonsense happy hour in existence. During happy hour (4:00 PM to 7:00 PM every weekday) all drinks are 50% off. That's it. No fine print, no certain brands, no different pricing based on beer or wine or liquor, just 50% off all drinks. Fort Smith has a few amazing pizza options, but this one takes the cake. Or pie in this case. I highly recommend it.

I HATE going out to eat with my family. Dining with three toddlers and a five-year-old is like invading a third world nation, destroying all their infrastructure, and then leaving a smoking ruin in our wake. I'm glad to say that Hideaway Pizza, much like the Middle East, will be invaded many more times. Pretty much all pros, no cons. They had three high chairs for our kids. Turned a 2-top and 4-top into a 6-top, AND it kind of threw off their traffic flow, but they were totally gracious about it. Our waitress, Maddy, brought out pieces of dough for the kids to play with. She paid attention to our kid's names. We got the Paradise Pie, 1/2 with mushrooms, half without. Dishes were cleared off as we used them, a big plus when you have 8 little grabby hands to watch out for while you eat. Glasses kept full, even though we only got water. Not cheap, but definitely worth it.

First time eating here so we went with one of their best pizzas and a couple of appetizers, ordered fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks were average size and typical breading but the cheese was really good, The mushrooms on the other hand were excellent, breading nicely seasoned and not overcooked. For the pizza we ordered the Sicilian. When it came out I was worried the sauce being over the top of the pizza would overpower all the other ingredients, I was wrong the sauce was light on richness but not light on flavor. The crust hand tossed was light and crispy, and the itallian sausage was really good. The sweet Tea we ordered was not good, it tasted of artificial sweetener and gave you a chemical taste in your mouth. We had to ask for water because it was undrinkable.

Would give -5 Stars if possible…Unbelievable extortion by a high level manager. Will NEVER eat here again. My son and I stopped at Hideaway after a wedding that I had done hair and make up at all day. We hadn’t eaten there in a while and were excited. I ordered the ATL I believe it’s called basically supreme small pizza, the starter salad and a drink he ordered a cheese and pepperoni medium sized pizza for himself and a drink. After we had ordered, the waitress came back and announced that she had a half cheese half pepperoni pizza, he thought it was for him, but we were sitting next to a large group and it was actually for them. I told him that I thought his order was a pepperoni pizza , and he got very disappointed because I had misunderstood that he wanted a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza instead of a cheese pizza with pepperoni. I stopped our waitress and asked her what we had ordered and she said a pepperoni pizza so I told her that I had misunderstood what he wanted and asked if she could correct the order she said not a problem. They had already started the first pizza but they would make a fresh pizza the way he wanted it ordered, my salad came out I ate it. Shortly afterward, Manager came over and said that they had her bosses boss in town today and he said absolutely not that we would have to pay for both pizzas. I asked her why we weren’t upfront and she said, normally we would never do this, but he made us come out and tell you that you have to buy both pizzas. I asked her if they had already started making the second pizza and she said yes I told her I didn’t wanna do that and she basically said they would call the police we were forced to take three pizzas , when we only needed two our total bill was $80 which is absurd and I am steaming mad and want to know who this person is and who his boss is because that is a ridiculous business practice to threaten and force a customer to take food and pay for food that they didn’t want. I didn’t want to have a huge fight in front of my son with the restaurant after a long day like we had so I just paid it and went but I promise you this, Mr. regional manager you’re a huge jerk and you lost a customer today. The waitress and the manager apologized to us, repeatedly and sincerely, but they said they had no choice. So yah, MrPizzaJerk thanks a lot for ruining my day, making my son feel terrible about expressing his desire to get the pizza he initially wanted To order, And for the fight, my husband and I had for the bill. This is not over I...

I rarely write reviews but I can’t let this one go. On a recent visit to the Fort Smith location we were seated just about in sync with the wait they had given us. We were promptly greeted by our server and got our drinks shortly after. We ordered an appetizer which arrived timely and it was fresh and hot. We ordered a large pizza for the table but did notice it was taking a little longer than usual but not a big deal. It was a weekend so they were busy.

Our server notified us of a “mistake” made in the kitchen and said the manager would come over to check on us, which we said was not necessary. The server offered us a comped dessert before the manager even got to the table. The manager told us they have high standards and he wanted to make it right. We again said it wasn’t necessary and we certainly were not disappointed. Nevertheless, in the end we were given discount coupons for future visits and they comped the appetizer and took a sizable percentage off the rest of the meal. And they still offered the free dessert which we kindly refused.

I don’t know what to say other than “awesome job”. The food quality was exceptional but that is almost secondary to the wonderful response to an issue which we were hardly concerned about. Service has declined so much at many restaurants but Hideaway seems fully committed to providing terrific food and service. I’ll never forget...

Hideaway Pizza is one of my top 3 favorite Pizza places in Fort Smith. Their selection is pretty big (but not too big) and the restaurant itself has a very nice atmosphere.

The servers are nice people and they do a good job of checking on your table and refilling your drinks. Speaking of, when you order drinks they give you plastic cups with neat designs on them to keep and reuse (Not those disposable trash cups) which is nice!

I do wish the Appetizers either cost less or they gave you more, because the price increased slightly and the amount you get decreased a bit. Everyone at my table agreed the quality remained the same though!

The pizza always arrives Hot, Fresh and Delicious! My personal favorite pizza is the Pepperoni-palooza! (3 different types of Pepperoni, yes I'm basic but this is worth it)

My only other issue is a slight one, and I won't blame them as it was very very busy (and a very hot day at 100° F+, I have lots of respect for those working in that hot kitchen), but it did take quite some time to get our 4 pizzas to the table, probably around 30-40 minutes. BUT, Once we got them it was sooo good! They forgot to put red sauce on one of our pizzas as we ordered it but said they would send the correct order out and give us the red sauce-less pizza free of charge. All-in-all a win in my book. My family and I will return...
