We had ordered online and a girl (who seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes as she walked away) brought two different orders to us before we received our order after waiting for 20 minutes. When we did receive our order, two of the items we ordered we didn’t receive. Thus begins the process of recalling in, and then they told us one of the items we ordered they were out of, but they didn’t say anything about that until we called in. We then called in and waiting ANOTHER 20 + minutes for a medium order of mozzarella sticks and a medium order of cheese fries…They were, from what we could tell, understaffed, as we could only see 2 girls working. For reference, we got there at 7:10, and we are still waiting at 7:52. Ridiculous. She did just ring in at 7:54 to tell us that she was also out of mozzarella sticks and she did refund us for our whole meal, so there’s that. We didn’t end up leaving until 8:06… Back to that refund process, we gave the girl our receipt and she said she would refund us for our whole order. This girl comes back, after we waited and waited, with a different receipt than we gave her and $7 short. We were both so angry we just had to leave before saying something unChristian. 7:11 - 8:07. Read moreThis place seriously has the WORST customer service out of all the places i’ve been too. First of all, the lady who took my order started off immediately with an attitude, which I usually expect from the people who work there so no big deal. I asked if a certain product had gluten in it, and she just said, “I don’t know.” Didn’t ask anyone to find out, or get me other information. So I couldn’t get it because she wanted to act like a child and not do her job! Next, we ordered a burger with just ketchup, no cheese. When we asked for a different one, she was clearly getting more irritated. She then brought it out a couple minutes later, and asked for the messed up burger back. She then turned away, swinging her long (blonde?) ponytail, swung the door open and made sure we saw her slam it in the trash. Never got her name, or really saw her face, but i’m sure her disgusting immature attitude and the way she stomps around like a child will point her out like a sore thumb! Read moreI went to the Sonic on Massard Avenue in Fort Smith on 6-9-22 around 6 p.m. I pulled into the last stall near the exit, but there was an “Out of Order” sign on it, and I had to back up and choose the second-to-last stall (Incidentally, multiple other cars pulled into this stall and angrily backed out again as I waited! In 10 minutes, I saw 4 cars pull into this lane and then leave again. Some just left the restaurant.) The monitor in my stall was broken. I could hear the girl (barely) on the speaker, but I couldn’t see anything on the monitor. I tried to pay using my debit card as the girl in the speaker told me I could do, but apparently it didn’t “take.” It is possible that it was waiting for instructions like entering a PIN. I had no cash, so I had to resort to giving the car hop my debit card, which made me uncomfortable. She brought it back and I could “feel” the germs on it.
