They say that patience is a virtue, one that has to be exercised here. Placed was severely packed and had to wait a little on the food.
That being said, it was worth it. Food was constantly being prepared, everyone was friendly and the wait time wasn't too bad.
First, the good. The amount of food you get depends on what you want. 3 choices of meals with 1 to 3 entree's and a side makes for a pleasant pick and choose experience. They pride themselves on plenty of flavor. Even the Lo Mein, while being just a basic noodle with simple oil and veggies, and with the few spicy choices I got for food, nothing was overpowering. Everything I got matched with each other.
Next, the bad. You will be WAITING to get in here for a while. This is a new place that is getting on their feet. Drive thru was packed, the inside dining area was packed and you will be rubbing elbows with a couple of people. I would say to not pick this as a fast dine in/order out. Sadly, they won't let you sample anything so if you have reservations about if you will like what's on offer, it will be either something you will like or won't.
Lastly, there were some things my partner did not like but they're more of a neutral opinion. What they didn't like doesn't mean others won't. The cream cheese rangoons are more on the savory side so if you prefer sweet ones this isn't the place. Also both tea options, black and passion fruit and mango, are unsweetened. The passion fruit and mango is pretty much a black tea with a hint of fruit. They also ordered the honey walnut shrimp which wasn't bad, but there are definitely other places that, in their opinion, do a much better job.
Overall, a positive experience. Only time will tell if they will have the staying power and will amass a good following. I encourage you to give it a shot.

Read moreWe were so excited to try one of our favorite restaurants that we’ve traveled to northwest Arkansas for awhile to get. We didn’t even get to try the food because as we were waiting in line in the drive thru the manager, Antonio, came storming out of the building and very rudely raised his voice towards myself and several other vehicles that we were in the wrong spot for the drive thru line. I had followed two other cars to this line and I think there were 3 cars behind me. It’s very new so I think they don’t have lines painted for the drive thru yet, they just have some cones thrown out there. The manager, Antonio, didn’t even look at me he just said you’re going to have to back up and go to the line if you want to eat here. I tried to ask him twice where the line was supposed to be and he just ignored me. I would have been happy to move, that’s not the issue, the approach was the polar opposite of what customer service is all about! As I was backing up to get out of the way and leave the parking lot he went to the cones and yelled it’s clearly marked. We were there about 10-15 minutes total, that whole time only one car went to the “correct spot” for the line so it was obviously NOT clearly marked. We won’t be going back while Antonio is the manager. I’ve NEVER seen a restaurant manager handle themselves so unprofessionally when unprovoked. I’ve worked in two restaurants one for almost three years and the managers never acted like that even towards the employees and certainly not towards the customers. If there was a zero star button I would choose that one. We will continue to go to Fayetteville or Rogers for our Panda Express. On a positive note we went down the road to Raising Cane’s and they were so kind and funny it was a...
Read moreMy wife and I were super excited about trying Panda Express as we both love it. We came in and ordered to go on 6/1 and the atmosphere when were entered felt really rush and tense. They were starting to pick up in drive thru. I ordered Rice and Teriyaki Chicken. I then went on to pay more attention to my wife who was taking a few to look at what they had because they were out of a lot. The gentleman handling the first part of our order kept rushing her to order. She ordered noodles and 2 orange chicken. I then order one more entrée of Rice and Kung Poa chicken. We moved forward and I ordered 2 orders of cream cheese chicken. I asked for extra soy sauce and extra sweet and sour sauce. No one responded so I asked the cashier again. She threw 3 soy and 2 sweet and sour packets in 1 bag. We paid and I asked for a few more and she seemed super irritated by this. We took our items and left. The entire visit caused me to have a panic attack because of the feeling the employees were putting off from the front line. My wife and I discussed this on our way to our destination. I was so excited to have Teriyaki chicken as Panda is the only place I like it from. However, I did not receive that I received orange chicken. While it was still really good I was super disappointed. Customers should feel welcomed and at ease by the front line workers. They need to slow down and pay attention. And smile. Not sure if...
