Took our kids for a quick meal a little after 5pm, we just lost a family member and everyone is emotional. Our daughter specifically like mustard and pickles only on her burger, as we’re leaving the drive thru she takes a bite and discovers ketchup which is a big deal in her 6yr old mind, but order wrong no biggie we’ll go back and get it fixed. We do have a truck and trailer so we pull to the first window and they ask us to tell the food pickup window what happened and so we did just that. The cashier grabbed the manager and our receipt, the manager showed up and very rudely said “I need the other burger before I can do anything,” of course we hand it to her in a bag and she throws it away. The cashier asked us to pull forward and my husband stated “if it takes less than 2 mins I’d rather stay here so we don’t have to back the trailer up into the line getting out,” the cashier said “ummmm okay let me ask.” The manager came back and very rudely goes “I don’t care where you and your trailer go but it needs to get out my line now,” with major head bobbin attitude. My husband then stated due to her attitude he would sit at the window until our daughter’s burger comes out, the manager rolled her eyes and left. Three minutes later the cashier returns and said “I hate to be a bother, it’s almost done, can you please pull into spot 1,” so we went ahead and did. A minute later a completely different person comes out and hands us $2.40 for her cheeseburger refund and told us they will not be making her burger. Literally denied a 6yr old food because they got it wrong in the first place and they had to replace it. I know our small family doesn’t make a dent in the McDonald’s fortune, but we will...
Read moreI just got off of work, my girlfriend an I was hungry all of the other fast food restraunts were closed at 23:25 I go to this McDonald's drive through to order, the last who took my order was pleasant. When I get my order the first thing any American would do is to taste there famous fries, they were cold. So I was going to drive around but noticed that the drive thru was full I just got off of work as my gf so I Decide to go in.. I walk in to this McDonald's was not greeted actually starred at until I ask for some help no one said anything to me at all. So I assumed the girl that served me hotter fries was the manager she didn't greet nor smiled so I left an it left a bad taste in my mouth. On how Great we make McDonald's to be treated with no respect paying there salary or there hourly wage. So I call that McDonald's an the manager answers I ask for the name and number an she ask if she could help I told her I was just in there an that I was unhappy with the service she didn't apologize just made excuses on why no one greeted me instead of a simple smile or hello I asked for the district manager name an number and she hung up I my face, I call back an no one...
Read moreUnfortunately the service provided at this particular location is incredibly poor when compared to other locations in town. Employees seem overworked, stressed, and lack any customer service skills. I imagine this as all due to poor management. My past five visits there has been a slight bump in the ordering process that turns into 30 minutes of employees gathering around to stare and scratch their heads trying to figure out how to resolve it. I also always seem to get an attitude here. Transactions that were supposed to be quick and easy (as that is the whole point of fast food) end up taking 30+ minutes with no one at the front to take my order; or sitting in the drive through for extended periods of time waiting for someone to come on the speaker. If you need a quick bite, just go to the location off of garrison, its a five minute drive from this one and service, speed, and correct orders are much more frequent there. Plus the employees are...
