Subway — Restaurant in Fort Smith

Just ordered sandwiches with Kris it's his 3rd or 4th night of working AND his first night to close. He listened to my request,I asked for extra meat on my footling sub he put that on my sandwich. I was undecided about the cheese and he made a suggestion. Abbie most definitely needs to work on her people skills or not work with the public period.I wasnt impressed with her behavior,she kept saying whatever I requested extra was costs more. Ok I came in there with plenty of money no problem. But rolling her eyes at her co worker because he asked a question and dropped something?? Subway is always a good option for a quick meal. However I think they have gotten a little pricey for what you get. I also find it annoying that the employees are required to shift their attention from the customer they are helping to yell 'Welcome to Subway' when someone walks in the door. It is never a sincere welcome since they usually don't even look up from what they are currently working on and it shifts attention away from the customer they are serving. Why not simply greet them when it's their turn?...

Some great employees and one horrible employee that opens first of the week a few days. She complains all the time about how no one else will do their job and she has to do it all. She hasn't been there long and I refuse to set foot back in that store after being a regular 4-5 days a week for 2 years... and she tries to start drama with me.
