Great food and good atmosphere. Think of this as one of the really nice bars that you would find somewhere like Downtown Dallas or Phoenix. Beer selection is good with a couple of stout beers on the menu for the "real" beer drinkers. Great wine selection with wine dispensers, similar to a setup we experienced in some of the wine bars in Alaska. We went in for lunch on a Saturday, which was serving brunch. Neither my wife or I are big "breakfast people", and the lunch portion of the brunch was a little sparse. I would suggest making the brunch menu a bit more balance - as it seems to be more breakfast focused than lunch focused. Only reason that I docked one star from the review is that we sat at the bar area and as typical with the new generation of food-service workers, the bartender had more interest in chatting with co-workers and checking their phone than interacting. Were in to try some of the beers and got a flight of four to see which ones we liked best, and would have ordered a 16 ounce serving of the ones we liked, but we were never asked about it until after we were halfway through our meal. Another example of how restaurants need to have secret-shoppers on days when the owner isn't around to capture the experience from the customer's perspective. Nothing worse than trying to flag-down your bartender who is engrossed in conversation with one of her co-workers and isn't paying attention to what is going...

Wonderful experience exceeded our expectations. Celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary, we wanted something beyond the "franchise" experience in the atmosphere, service, and menu. I made a reservation online but received a follow-up in person call from the hostess to see how they could help make our dinner more memorable... wow, above & beyond! Our table was ready, in a semi private cozy dining den with fireplace. We could hear the live music, but it didn't drown out our private conversations. Our waitress was delightful. She helped make our evening better ad well as each staff member who gave us their congratulations. The food was prepared & presented with excellence & care... the taste was delicious and inviting... offering uncommon dishes but not so exotic you didn't understand what you were ordering!

I highly recommend Uncorked! If you want excellence service, a laid-back comfortable atmosphere with a hint of eloquence - with a menu that will impress and please... uncorked...

This is my 6th time giving Uncorked a “2nd” chance! I am a chef myself and I know all too well how a nights service can go sideways. For me this is my last straw. Service has always been terribly slow but I aways thought it was the kitchens fault. The food tonight was awful but tasty if that makes sense? My braised bone in short rib was very nice once I peeled away 3/4ths of the fat away from the meat leaving me with about 3 ounces of short rib meat for $28 dollars. My salad was a common spring mix with a very large cut of greens. I couldn’t get a portion into my mouth because it was all way too large. To top it off they gave me less than ounce of ranch dressing which was about 1/3rd enough. My suggestion to the owner is to interview the waitstaff and identify the weak links that are costing the entire waitstaff tip money and pissing off customers. I’d also look at the chef as well because I would NOT have left my meal leave the pass as it was presented. No more...

My wife and I went here for the first time on a date yesterday. I would definitely recommend Uncork’d for that kind of special occasion. While the service was a tad bit slow at times (especially for a Thursday evening… though the place was pretty full), at least our waitress was very friendly to make up for it. They also sat us at a table for two that had some of the biggest, semi-reclined chairs I’ve ever seen in a restaurant (and not on someone’s back porch 😄). The beers and cocktail we ordered were better than average (they have a huge selection of both), and the food was excellent and clearly made with both love and very high-quality ingredients (e.g. I could really taste the subtle “mushroomy” quality in the truffle oil they used to fry our fries). It was some of the tastiest food bite-for-bite that I’ve had in a long time, and definitely one of those meals that you want to eat slowly and really savor! I’ll be back to try more for a future date night, for sure! 👍

My wife and I drove 200 miles 1 way WITH A RESERVATION, to eat at this restaurant and hear a friend play. We were looking forward to enjoying the Prime rib which is $55 dollars each, plus sides which are $6 each and the average drink price being about $10. We would have spent about $210 for dinner tonight with tip as I tip a minimum of 20% even for mediocre service. The price is not an issue at all, but THIS is where they wanted to seat us outside in 50 degree weather and a 5 mile per hour wind at 7pm on February 1st. They refused to seat us elsewhere and the hostess actually told us she was going back inside and we could discuss it amongst ourselves. How the heck you gonna eat a filet on yard furniture listening to the band playing inside while your teeth are chattering outside?
