Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Fort Valley

First time visit. It's been probably 20 years since I've been to a Church's and back then it wasn't called Texas chicken. Going through the drive thru, the order taker and I had a hard time hearing each other so she said pull up to the window. I did that but then they didn't have a menu board to order from. I ended up getting chicken strips, fries and a biscuit with no drink but it was more expensive than if I were to have ordered the combo meal with a drink. They also give a military discount (thank you) but I didn't know until after the order was placed unfortunately. The order taker at the window was very friendly. The chicken strips here are a bit different than other places so it was a nice change. The biscuits were very good too. It seemed to me that the only white meat chicken here...

02/2022 Update - Tried this churches again today and Linda (Manager) was on point! It was a bit of the wait, but she made sure we had everything and double checked our order several times as well as made sure all of our food was fresh & hot. We have had some iffy visits in the past and today's visit was a 360 turn around! I know she has been here for a very long time. I feel past visits were not on par due to her not being in the building during our visit. She makes a HUGE difference!

July 2020 - The last few times we have been here the service has been sub par and the food seemed to either be sitting too long or cooked in old grease. Everytime we have also had to pull to the side a wait 15+ min. At that rate there is no reason the food should be sub par. They used to have great food every time. Not so...

I’ve been trying to receive my w2s for months. I am constantly getting the run around about my w2s no one wants to give me a corporate office number, or resend my w2s to me. I don’t have any other numbers I can contact. The store manager Linda Brown keeps giving me the run around and won’t release any of her superiors information. When asked if there was anyone above her or that was over the checks she replied no, basically saying that there is no corporate office or other way I can get my w2s. She sent me to a website that went no where. I don’t know who I’m going to have to call be it the bad business bureau or the police but I’m going to be making and taking the steps that I can to get what I need. All I wanted was to be treated with some respect, but I see that’s not possible be it working with...
