Tops Choice Hamburgers — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

I've only eaten here once and it wasnt as good as other tops I have been to. It was especially shadowed by the one down on miracle strip toward navarre. but I mostly give them this rating for the way they have treated me the last few times I've tried to go. Once I left on my own because the line was too long but I've also had an employee bring a cone out and put it in front of my car while I was in line and give the "cut it out" hand gesture toward his neck, meaning they wouldnt serve me. but they were going to serve the 2 cars ahead of me (nobody behind me either). And 30+ minutes left to closing after I waited in line for about 10 minutes. I was pretty shocked because he offered no reason. Just put the cone in front of my car then walked back in. Most recently I hadnt even ordered a burger yet.. i was sitting outside the property around lunch time with my dog playing pokemon go by the stop sign because they have a gym on top of them. a man came out and asked me to leave the property on account of homeless people gathering there. I have never seen homeless people gather around a stop sign next to a burger place, but maybe it's because if they come near, the employees run them off. Congrats, I'm off the property I'll never...

Always had great food and great service.. but today we go and get food and my boyfriend loves tops A-one sauce.. so he always gets a lot, and they never had a problem with that till today. I went to get his food since hes stuck at work but somehow asking for more was a big issue.. Got the window shut on me twice in the middle of me talking. Ive never seen this lady working here, it was always the guy who is really nice, but today this woman was rude and mean. She said she cannot give the sauce out even though its free, we offered to pay for extra but she shut the window on us and gave us one small cup... very bad service if I say so myself.. may be time to find another burger place. Very Disappointing because Tops is soo good and their service is always so good till today. FREE A-One sauce??? Had to park at the business beside the TOPs bldg to pick up a vehicle in an extremely limited area. (We very aware of where we parked so as not to mess with the flow of customers, or interrupt his business). It was obvious we where in a hurry. Not sure if it was the owner, a manager or an employee, but this man turned from his customers in the drive thru line, rudely and loudly, told us we were basically trespassing on private property. He attempted to argue with the person I was with. Finally, I looked at him and told him all we were doing was putting a couple things in a vehicle & would be gone in just a minute if he would just let us finish. The whole experience lasted less than 3 minutes from the time we pulled in until we left. I had planned on ordering food from there before we left. After being treated like that, publicly, I decided not to eat before we got on the road or in the future. I am stunned that people in customer service would think it is OK to basically try to intimidate someone someone for no reason.
