My husband and I came in as we were waiting for a doctors appointment. One of the attendees came and addressed us and passed us off to another gentleman wearing sunglasses the entire time. Later about 10/15mins after we got our food from this nice lady, we noticed that gentleman with the sunglasses walk around to 2/3 other tables and ask them if they were doing okay and if they needed anything. Even brought a refill to another table and addressed another customer by name. Despite looking and making what I assume was eye contact behind those glasses, he proceeded to ignore us. He later came around to those same people a second time and still continued to ignore us. This gentleman looked at us multiple times and still never once checked on us or addressed us. As a black couple in this area, it never surprises me when experiencing blatant racism. None the less, it’s infuriating and should be addressed all the same. Read moreIt was a slow night this Wednesday when we came in. The employees are new and still learning as they go, however, aside from the delicious food there was one employee that stood out. His name is Bill, he introduced himself as such and sported the name tag to prove it. He offered us sanitizing wipes as we chose our booth and insisted we can ask him for anything and he would assist. We got our food quickly from another employee and about 5 minutes in, 2 booths away, a little girl said “Bill!” As if they were friends, and he promptly responded and went over to assist her. It was the most heart warming exchange. He offered her what she requested and he stuck around to ask her name and give her the kindness back that she gave him by thanking him for helping her. The family and Bill all seemed so happy and it was refreshing to be able to witness a positive exchange such as this. Definitely will be back to visit, and I sure hope the amazing owner sees this and gives Bill the recognition he deserves....

No problem but once he noticed the mistake he got my order from that table and proceeded to give it to me. By this time the customers at the table he brought my order had already started eating my order. I told Shawn I didn't want this food since they had already been eaten. He got frustrated and took the tray back to the kitchen and had another employee bring out the same food. I asked for the manager so I could get a refund and Shawn quickly got an attitude and said he would NOT be getting the management for me and tried to offer me gift card. I told him I wanted a manager to get a refund. He took my tray of food walked behind the counter and told the manager there is a big problem. I told the manager what happened and asked for a refund.
