Excellent customer service!
Three months ago, I was tagging along with my son as he upgraded his phone. His sales consultant was Chris Kaczor. I'd been suffering with Sprint service for a couple of years, and I asked a few questions about switching service while I was there.
Flash forward 3-4 months: I decided on a whim to stop by and get a firm number on what it would cost me to switch. I knew I couldn't afford the deposit on the phone I wanted at the moment, but wanted to know how much I needed to put together. I was very impressed when Chris recognized me from a few months ago, remembered the situation, and what we had discussed.
Chris ran a soft check on my credit and gave me a ballpark figure for what to expect. He then suggested an alternative that would get me off of Sprint's service now with minimal immediate output and allow me to upgrade whenever I had set aside the down payment for the phone I want.
He then spent at least an hour helping me peel back the layers of Sprint's horrible customer service and horrendous website just to find my account number so we could get my phone number ported over.
I know that this couldn't have been a big commission deal for him, yet he went out of his way to provide premier customer service and earn T-Mobile a new customer. What he didn't make today, however, will come back to him in the future. He's earned a return customer for as long as he works...
Read moreI was told my bill was going to be one amount, turns out it was $100 more than what I was quoted. No problem, take the equipment back, go back to AT&T right. In the process of bringing my phones back I was told it would cost $50 per item to "Restock". wasn't told that when I purchased the devices, I was told I could bring them back at no charge. Ok whatever, I was then told that a refund was going to be processed for me for my trade-ins that were shipped out. No problem, after calling for 13 days straight and getting blown off I called Tmobile customer support. Found out nothing had been done on my account, I had an account balance of $250.00 and no refunds pending, in addition one of my lines was left open. TMobile Customer support took care of it for me over the phone and now my refund is on it's way. I don't recommend this store to anyone, they will tell you one thing and do another. They will say "she'll call you back" and never does!! Or..."hold on, I think she went to lunch, let me find out" comes back 10 minutes later "yes she's at lunch".....at 4pm? no, try they're ducking my phone calls. Read moreLess than one star if that's possible. Have been with tmobile 25 years and the only reason I'm not leaving tmobile today is bc its a pain to keep numbers but im thinking about it. Mario at FWB 77 EGLIN PKWY FWB FL 32548 instead of helping people like me, he told me not once but 2 different times to go to another tmobile. He loves telling people it's a 30 min wait, when there's only one person in front of me. It's so frustrating bc idont nees to be therr 30min. Im returning a wifi box. I left so infuriated when Mario keeps getring people to leave so he can cherry pick or he has be backs. They walk right in and sit down he helps them but not the people waiting. The guy tells everyone to go to Mary Esther store. A lady just helped me bc I left amd came back. Of corse Mario isnt here working, the girl gave me my receipt and it literally took less thank 110 seconds to return that and Mario just can't do that. He wants pepple to wait or leave. He did not help the business and I'm so unhappy that I think i will change companies. I'm not getting anything for being with yall for over 25 years. Peace out t mobile.
