We decided to try the Philly Cheesesteak. We both ordered it without lettuce or tomato. (We both thought it was a little odd to have those on it. Maybe next time we'll try it that way.) It was a LOT of food. Delicious for sure. There was about a 10 minute wait from when we ordered until it was ready. We liked that it was made as we ordered and not just sitting around waiting for us. The woman working the counter is Rude. She acts like it's a big bother for her to be at work. She lost my call in order and when I showed up to pick it up asked If I still wanted the order to be put in at this point ? I say off course. She doesn't apologize for my lost order and offer 10 %off but instead then rings in my order and charges me too much. Make sure to ask for your itemized receipt! I questioned the price and she just gave me the total and it was only after asking for the itemized receipt did I confirm I was charged different amounts then on their Menu board. I went to this location at 9:36pm I waited 10 mins before anyone came to take my order , finally one of the two men that we're back cooking came out front to take my order at 9:48pm he asked me what I wanted to order when I told him I wanted for sandwiches he then said the kitchen was closed.
