So the employees of this place treat their customers like s*. Majority of the customers wouldn’t know this as they don’t understand the language these people speak. My husband and I speak the same language as one of their employees who didn’t know the fact. We had placed an order on the phone which they hadn’t received. There are two restaurants with the same name in the area and we happened to place the order at the other one. So this guy calls this other place which is probably owned by the same person. So he calls there, tells them that the customer they were expecting is here, using extremely filthy language, using swear words in their language for god knows why. My husband Starts talking to him in his language and asks about swearing and all, this guy starts tripping and lying n all. So just fyi, these people may smile in your face and greet, they are still making fun of you, cursing and commenting on you either behind your back or right in your face in their language. SHAME on the management team and the ownership who let this happen.
On your reply: So that means you think you have a right to curse him right in his face because he got the address wrong? Wow!! I don’t know which assumptions you are talking about. I have only stated the situation without fabrication unlike you, because when my husband confronted you, you lied and said That you never cursed him. And now you are justifying your filthy actions. Lol. Think smarter! Who knows how many customers you curse everyday with a smile on your face and then make fun of them behind their back.
Replying on your response again: I never said I was inside the store. Being me in the store or not doesn’t change the fact that you humiliate your customers. I trust my husband and I know what he has told me. You proved you are a liar right there in the store when he confronted you. You didn’t have the guts to accept that you cursed him. Chickened out I guess. You and us both know that you are a liar. So nothing else matters. Convince yourself that you...
Read moreI will not go to this location ever again. The food is usually the best of all the Fort Wayne locations. The man who is usually on the register was soooo incredibly rude and nasty. His attitude was awful. I have been going here since I moved out here in 2023. I pulled up in the drive thru and the man came on the speaker and sarcastically made a joke about them being open. As if it was too early for me to be there. Then he made fun of the way I said the word fries. Now if I talked in his accent I would be racist right? He was nasty like he didn’t want to be there. He was the only worker there. Usually the wings are good. This time they reflected his attitude disgusting. I also asked for an extra hotsauce in the drive thru which is usually given to me any other time but this time he said it’s $1.50.😂 for a tiny cup of hot sauce? We exchanged a few words and I walked out of there. I will never ever again spend any of my money there. Lost a regular due to the worst customer service in Fort Wayne. What is even funnier is that about a week before this he told me they reported him in a Facebook group called Fort Wayne nosey neighbors and I didn’t understand why due to all the other times I was there and the experience was great Now I see why they reported him. Absolutely the worst!!!!!!! It’s the man that is usually on the register. He has long hair. I don’t...
Read moreSurprised of the negative reviews, but wanted to share my 10+ order experience. I can agree with one negative review, on food being over salted. I hate salt, so I'm a little more sensitive about it. I had actually put that in special order instructions on using the least amount as possible if they were able to do so. The ingredients changed afterwards so I was a happy camper. However Everytime I have ordered from there, food has been 100%. I'm a big philly fan, and actually flew to Philly just this year for a sandwhich. Baba's variations of the philly might not be completely correct, however it is delicious. I love the different types they have and enjoying trying a new one each time. Fries are fantastic. Lemonade freeziea are perfect for the newly aquired hot weather. I've tried a few appetizers as well and was very happy with the quality. Food quality, presentation, and taste is ALWAYS the same whether lunch rush, busy Friday night, or slow afternoon before 5pm traffic hits. I've been sick for a week and haven't ate in the past 2 days. Ordered a buffalo chicken Philly tonight and cannot say I have any issues with my stomach or think the grease is bad etc. I was happy to finally taste some quality food again vs Campbell's chicken noodle soup. This is one of my favorites "fast" food places in fort Wayne. Can't wait to try other new items I haven't...
