If I could give 0 stars I would! This Restaurant is HORRIBLE.! I CAME HERE WITH MY MOTHER BECAUSE SHE HAD $100 GIFT CARD FROM CHRISTMAS. We both ordered the Most Expensie menu item, which is 2 main lobster tails. When mine came the 1 tail was Burnt and blackened! Too iver cooked to eat, And the other was not burnt , but was so over cooked It was almost twice as small as the burnt one and i couldn't eat it. I'm still shocked today , and it's been 3 days since our visit because I was just so upset I didn't want to leave the review. The bill came to $108.00 and we left a $30 tip only because the servers need their tips to survive , but now that I have had time to think about the whole situation, she as a server should have NEVER Brought that plate to the table! Furthermore, she never once came back to the table after delivering the food to ask us how our meal was , and I know now that was because she knew how aweful the food was that she delivered. If I could do it Over again , I would have not tipped anything. ! And that is un heard of from me. Now your probably asking yourself why I didn't send the food back? It's because I use to work in a Restaurant years ago as a teenager. And I know what aweful things happen to your food when I send it back. And let me tell you. If a cook in a restaurant sends you food that bad to your table, . If u send it back, he will surely be the cook who puts something disgusting in your food. I will NEVER eat at any Red Lobster EVER AGAIN! They should be Ashamed of themselves in this time we are living when people have Very little to go out on and when they choose to spend their money in your establishment, you should be much more appreciative of that! RED LOBSTER 2...
Read moreWas my mother in laws birthday, had a reservation for 6 that we made on Thursday. They lost the reservation. They were accommodating, got us sat by 6:15, cool. Get to the table, waitress is fine, get our drink orders, no problem. Regular drinks come out as expected, and bar drinks/appetizers are out shortly after (withing 15 minutes of sitting down). Waitress takes our food orders when she brings the bar drinks, nothing overly complicated, no huge substitutes, nothing that should be a problem. 45 minutes later, no food out and we ask what's up and she says "you guys should be coming up next", 10 minutes later no food and she says she doesn't know what's up, 10 minutes later food finally comes out. My wife is missing broccoli, I'm missing my lobster tail (the main part of my entree), sister in law has burnt shrimp, and my wife's brother is missing something misc. We give her all that and she says it will be right up, 10 minutes later food comes out. I cut into my steak (I eat it medium-medium well, I don't enjoy the blood on my plate), and it's rare, very bloody. I let the waitress know, and she says it will be right out. Yet another 10 minutes (an hour and 45 into the meal) my steak comes out and again it's still bloody. I just said screw it at this point and ask for Togo boxes. The manager finally comes over (the waitress got her I didn't ask), and asks what was up. After explaining everything, she took my meal off the order and apologized. But just a horrid experience for almost the 2 and a half hours we were there, and I paying that bill did not leave a good taste in my mouth. Will more then likely not be returning any time soon. Read moreJust 2 days ago, we sat and ate at Red Lobster for my Uncle’s 30th Birthday, which was a very big deal to us. He was very excited to go, as all of us were. There were 15 people in total at a table. The reservation staff were giving us a very hard time and seemed to be frustrated that we made a reservation. When checking in, they said we only had 12 spots, not 15. When we strictly said we were reserving for a 15 person table. They checked back on their notes, and it read, “9 Adults, 6 Kids,” so apparently Red Lobster staff can’t add 9+6?
We sat down and began ordering drinks. It took half an hour before we got our first set of drinks. Service was on-point and the waitress we had was very good for the effort she put in to make our experience well.
We waited in total almost 2 and a half hours for our food. Almost all of us ordered The Ultimate Feast, and many other expensive dishes. We were under one tab for 300$. The seafood was extremely mediocre, and downright disgusting. All of the Shrimp Scampi was burnt to a crisp, the shrimp was dry, and the lobster tails were a total ripoff with barely any to eat from it.
We were all extremely upset at our experience at Red Lobster. Their form of making up for it was taking 150$ from our tab, meaning almost 200$ for a terrible seafood experience. The staff only brought out 2 Desserts: One for my uncle who had the birthday and one for the children.
Please, do not come to Red Lobster if you want have a very nice experience. Go somewhere that has professionals prepared for you like Sapporo’s.
Have a good...
