XS - Omni Blend
This is our extremely versatile and balanced signature coffee blend. XS has a full body and a sweet, long finish. It is smooth yet complex as espresso while holding up to milk based drinks, is a rich brewed coffee and makes extremely sweet and chocolate-rich profiled cold brew. 60% Brazil Cerrado 25% Colombia Excelso 15% Ethiopia Halo Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Cherry, Caramel Roast Level: Medium Availability: Stable
Confluence Blend - An Homage To Our Three Rivers
This coffee blend celebrates our Roastery and Cafe location; where the 3-Rivers in Fort Wayne coalesce! This coffee is a blend of Colombia, Brazil and African coffees ~ it makes a great "house" style coffee and is very balanced with a pointed acidity, a fantastic daily drinker. 70% Colombia Excelso 15% Brazil Cerrado 15% Ethiopia Halo Tasting notes: Sweet, Red Fruit, Balanced Roast level: Medium Availability: Stable
Catalyst Blend - Espresso Tradizionale
Roasted in a more traditional Italian style, Catalyst is perfectly suited for espresso. This coffee is slightly more robust than our XS-Blend, with tasting notes akin to bittersweet chocolate and cedar wood. Catalyst leaves a nice lingering bitterness on the pallet and shines through in perfect harmony with milk-based drinks. 100% Blend of Brazils from Cerrado Tasting notes: Bittersweet Chocolate, Toasted Nut, Cedar Roast level: Medium-Dark (no oils) Availability: Stable

Normally a place like this would be an easy 5 stars for me but holy hell the parking situation is absolutely atrocious. I’ve never been to ft Wayne before so I am completely unfamiliar with the area. As I was following my directions it urged me to turn left into the parking lot, which was completely full and already double blocked. Because you are by the river there is no where to turn around until about a half mile up the road. I know I’m not the only one because the car in front of me did the same thing and was also trying to get here! I got thrown onto a one way street and saw their OTHER parking lot which was also completely full. For reference I went around 1pm, not exactly prime time for coffee. I ended up parking on the street a couple blocks away but geez, what a way to start your experience here!

Thankfully everything else about this place was awesome. The lavender latte I ordered rivaled ones I’ve had in NYC. The vegan breakfast burrito I got with eggs and the texture was great. The green salsa it came with was a pleasant surprise and super tasty! This place clearly cares about the environment which my little enviro heart loves. Compostable straws, reusable cups and plates, etc. Even cute little installations on the counter. My lavender latte cost about $7 and the breakfast burrito was $11. Total bill was around $20 after tax.

I would recommend this place but also recommend employees park in street parking. Based on the amount of customers I saw in there and the cars in the lot, the numbers...

Favorite coffee shop EVER. Been to many places from NY to LA to Chicago to Indy & Cincy. My favorite coffee comes from here and there's no comparison. I get the Lavender Latte w/Oat milk every time and its perfect temp and perfect flavor. They make everything amazingly fresh: fresh grounds, fresh brew (coffee, tea, what-have-you). This means if it gets busy things can get a bit slow. But as long as you're aware of that going in, it's well worth it. This isn't Dunkin or Starbucks. Conjure is about quality, not expediting mediocre quantity of coffee. Their avocado toast during brunch (w/Fife bread or GF) is also amazing. And I'm still able to afford my house ;) Parking is tight so if you've never been try to go early on the weekend for your first time. Cozy and plenty of seating for reading, getting work done, or catching up with friends. ALSO, they host local baker GK Baked Goods items throughout the week. Always tasty treats. So much of what Conjure uses (meat, veggies, bread, etc) is local. It's all-around great. I'm happier every time I go here for however...

Update: still in love and now can rave about the AMAZING steak sandwich (so thin! so juicy! like roast beef except steak!) with it's amazing sauce and bread that withstood all the juice to the very end, as well as the avocado toast. $10 seemed like a lot but the bread was substantial—thick, yet soft!—the avocado was the perfect texture of creamy yet not totally smooth, and the amount was a whole avocado's worth that was perfectly seasoned. Even the blueberry muffin is worth raving: they made them extra wide and flatter, so my toddler could eat a bite in one go instead of 2, and you got more of the fantastic streusel topping for your money! Love this place, as always. . Old review: This is currently my favorite coffee shop in Fort Wayne. I love the interesting food options, their fantastic tea, the top notch single origin coffees, and even the sweet lattes (I told them to make a lightly sweet salted caramel and it was perfect!). They have good COVID protocols, and ample space (with...

Quality coffee, decent food, reasonable prices and one of the most unique and authentic ‘old school coffee house’ atmospheres in the city. Relaxing but often buzzing, a social environment with private spaces, and lacking the overly commercial ‘soccer-mom, gossip-house, church-group’ vibe of some other local shops, it’s a great place to go to spend some time in your own head or for a relaxing chat with a friend or significant other. The one negative of the place is that the employees carry the bohemian ‘art house’ motif into their interactions with guests sometimes. Not in an overtly rude sort of way, but kind of like a small town corner bar that treats its regulars like family and its other customers like strangers. We enjoy the experience and drive past 6 or 7 other places to come here on lazy days when we have time. Not flawless, but that’s part of its charm and sort of the point.
