I love Kilwins. My family loves Kilwins. We have been customers of the companies for many years. Finding some of the original locations up in Michigan to the Saint Charles, Missouri location we have always had wonderful service and amazing treats. You can’t be there chocolates, ice cream‘s, amazing caramel apples, beverages and everything in between. but what has me leaving this review is the amazing above and beyond customer service. I had pre-ordered some apples and had dinner with a friend around the corner so we walked over after dinner to pick up my apples and to get some ice cream they had everything ready (which I expected). What I didn’t expect, was for them to be so kind in letting us take our time to eat our ice cream even though they closed at 10 o’clock they certainly did not rush us out of there and then they walked us back to our car carrying all of our stuff and when I say all I don’t just mean the things that we purchased from them they carried everything and not just one employee their entire staff carrying what we purchased from their store as well as our other items that we came in with so that my friend and I were simply carrying our Dr. Peppers and walking and talking. They were so incredibly sweet to walk us all the way to our vehicle help us put our stuff in there it was nice to chat with them along the way many. It was so very above and beyond. I don’t live in Fort Wayne but the next day we happen to be in the area again and decided to pop in for ice cream of course they remembered us it was my husband and our kids this time and the service was just as outstanding as it was the night before. I would highly recommend going to any Kilwins locations you won’t be disappointed by the wonderful treats and great service but if you’re in the Fort Wayne area whether visiting or you live there you should certainly stop by this location. I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. This business is definitely a gem! I had the praline caramel ice cream in a waffle cone. I have never tasted ice cream so delicious and the waffle cone was fresh and delicious as well. When I first walked in, the presentation of sweets and goodies put me in awe. I felt like a 'kid in a candy store!' Caramel apples, caramel corn, ice cream, chocolates, fudge - so much to choose from with plenty of varieties of each product. I can't wait to go back to try the maple fudge and caramel corn. The caramel apples looked delicious too. When my family and I walked up to the store, as I looked in the window, I could see beautiful green apples waiting to be dipped in caramel. The employees we encountered were patient (took awhile for me and my kids to select what kind of ice cream we wanted), helpful, and super friendly. I never knew about this business but when my adult children invited me to have a nighttime ice cream snack, they made me one of the happiest people in Fort Wayne. The store looked impeccably clean and organized. My grandfather used to have a confectionary store in which he sold his homemade caramel, chocolates, and candies. So, when I see a store that has delicious products and takes great pride in their business, it takes me back. I give Kilwins a 5+ star rating! If I could give it 10...

Amazing ice cream and even better people! My friend and I go to Kilwins all the time, and it’s always such a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and you can really tell they enjoy working there. On a recent visit, we met the manager for the first time, and he truly went above and beyond. The shop was super packed, so we asked if we could come back later for our pint of ice cream so the workers could focus on the line of people. Without hesitation, the manager offered to have it ready for us when we returned—and he did! Not only that, but he wrote our names and a smiley face on the lid, which was such a thoughtful touch. It made us feel so seen and welcome. He greeted every customer with a smile, and his kindness made the visit even more memorable.
