Ice cream was good we told the my granddaughter told her kids size and she repeated it. And we all got kids size. When we got to register the girl charged us for bigger I told her we did not ask for a bigger one. She said well that’s what I got. And then she said she needed to pronunciate better. I paid it. Yes, I was mad. And then I said something to her about what do you mean we need to pronunciate. She was rude and then she wanted to say well it’s loud in here. Then when I was leaving, she said that I didn’t have to be so rude and then wanted to give me my money back. I finished walking out the door because I didn’t want to have to be rude and say things that I shouldn’t. So you might ought to get a better person in there for your customer service that knows how to treat people because we won’t be back and the rest of my family was there won’t be back. There’s other places you can go that you will be treated better than one she did. And we ended up buying six peoples ice cream. Everybody get a kid size. This restaurant is downtown near the Coney Island on main street. We truly enjoy the delightful window displays as well as the cheery atmosphere. When we walked in the door. The first thing we saw, was someone to wait on us and all the delicious options of ice cream. She was delightful and patience..She made nice suggestions. They're all so interesting ways to have ice cream here : such as toppings and things to put the ice cream on as well as very generous options for eating ice cream. The scoops were large and abundant as many as you wanted. Such a great treat, that the prices were affordable. We also enjoyed having Windows everywhere as well as plenty of napkins and clean tables to sit at. Plenty of tables. It could have as many as 20 separate guests. Looking forward to...
