I'm giving it a 3 because my daughter liked it. This was our first time here. Food was fine, but not good enough that I'm gonna come back. It was busy, so we took the only available table... Tables are for 2 people and definitely crowded... 4 bottles of hot sauce, large sugar, sugar caddy, jelly caddy, salt and pepper, Ketchup, mustard, 2 cereal sized bowls of cream.. .Way too much for size of table..i wasnt even sure it was a table to be used... I thought maybe they just stored everything there. But nope. My daughter knocked a hot sauce down and the servers just glared at me.. Idk the servers name bc she never introduced herself.. And the pie cooler is right over this table so be prepared to be reached over if you sit here.. This place has been around a long time and stays busy, but not the place for me..i will continue going across the street to...

Okay, so, for me the highlight of this place isn't the food. It was still good, don't get me wrong! I got the garbage plate, and it was pretty decent. The prices are phenomenal, but do be aware that if you are using a card rather than cash, you pay a little extra per meal.

The best part about Klemm's though is the serving staff. They're on their A game. The place was packed full and our server was an absolute sweetheart despite being so busy. At one point she noticed that I was taking my last sip of water as she was rushing by to take care of another guest and said "I'll get you some more water in a second, babe!" the timing was so instant that I wasn't even sure she was talking to me and yet a few moments later she came with another glass of water. She was so warm and pleasant and was excited that it was my first time there.
