Gonna be honest I'm not to happy about this one today. I just left Wendy's. I normally don't have any issues but today I almost got money taken from me if I wasn't being aware of what was going on I wouldn't have gotten all my change back today. I gave this lady exactly $44.78 so I could get a $10 bill back. You can check cameras if you want. But this lady at first wasn't going to give me my change, and then when I mentioned I need my change back before I leave in drive thew she only gave me $5 back and I told her dear I gave you $44.78 I need $10 back not $5. She then gave it to me, but then forgot my two spicy chicken sandwiches which I had to go back in line to get them. Which finding out she had only given me one of them. Guys just be aware when you go to this Wendy's that you make sure you get all your change back I've never had this happen before at this Wendy's its normally pretty good to me since I live out in New Haven and I have to drive the extra miles because I don't like the New Haven one just be careful I'm going to be extra cautious from now on! I did call the manager she was very sweet and nice and concerned I really hope this issue gets resolved and you guys look into this cashier it's not okay for quick changers to get away with taking hard earned money from costumers especially in today's time with inflation but honestly at all especially when their at work...
Read moreI’ve received some seriously bad service here before and almost never receive my order correctly, but my visit on Friday June 16th, 2023 around 8pm topped them all. After ordering I pulled around to the window and the woman said “we are out of sprite can I get you something else?” I said “we’ll take 2 dr peppers and a coke instead of the sprites” and she said “I just said we don’t have sprite.” So I said again I’d take the others INSTEAD of sprite. She shuts the window without a word. A young man then comes to the window and I hear the woman yell to the back of the store “the guy who ordered 4 combos has f**king autism”. I asked the boy if the woman just said I have autism and he said “no she was talking about a new guy we hired.” Which was not only a lie but also how would that be better? The kid taking my order wasn’t entering my order at the register he kept yelling it to the other kids. (Maybe that register wasn’t working) I ordered 3 meals, all the same except different drinks. He said my order back to me incorrectly 3 times. Meanwhile in the background the girl at the fry stand kept hitting another employee with the fry scoop, then scooped fries. Another kept grabbing their phone in the middle of making burgers. Another kept taking burgers from the line, walking out of sight then coming back with a burger. The amount of foul language that we heard was uncalled for. I was a deer in headlights watching this train wreck. These people were making the food that my children and I were supposed to eat.
