I just ordered a lot of food for my family. I waited not very long and everything was correct and fresh. However...I asked for sauce. And I had plenty except they accidentally missed one. No problem. So I go back through the drive through and said "Hey there, I just ordered some food and asked for some sauces...do you guys have bronco berry sauce still?" I haven't been to an Arby's in months so I wasn't sure. They apologized and told me to pull up. So I did. The guy at the drive thru yelled across the other side to me and said wait there! I said okay. He came out to me, apologized and brought me more than enough of the sauce forgotten and some of the other. Perfect and easy right and what great service! I thanked him at least twice. As I'm pulling away I hear him yell before he goes back inside the building..."Then try acting less like it's a huge problem then if it's really okay!!" I was shocked and confused. I was very polite and nice. That was uncalled for. I have never been to this Arby's before and won't be back. I guess he thought I didn't hear him or maybe he hoped I would. So if he's reading this...I genuinely didn't mean to sound offended. Because I wasn't. I wasn't even in any hurry. It's just sauce. I get that it happens...I used to work in fast food and things happen and get missed. I hope you have a better day. Not everyone is out to ruin your day...
Read moreThe food is good, the place is nice, and the bathrooms are clean. This is a new location so they are low on staff. They got slammed on the church crowd. Missed something on our order. Still, the manager handled it well.
UPDATE: Well, they have had time to get their act together. It wasn't crowded, and I got the sense that the employees were hiding in the back. No one was at the register. After a couple of awkward minutes, someone popped their head around the corner and noticed us. The food was still good. Service is a bit lacking.
2ND UPDATE: Well, the last couple of times I have been there, the dining room was closed. There is a big sign that says dining room open. Now it was Sunday morning. It wasn't 10 at night. After trying a couple of doors, I finally got to talk to the manager. She said she only had a couple of people there. OK, I understand that. Why don't you put up a sign that says dining room CLOSED so people aren't walking around the building. Anyway, they...

I shouldn't have to, ..None the less I don't live close to this one so going back, I didn't bother this last time. I just went without and fed the rest of the family ...the drive thru was unbelievable, hand you the bag amd shut the window no thank you come back , kiss my butt NOTHING.....beyond rude.. The 1st time they forgot my cheese on the side, handed the bag after waiting for more than 10 Mins in line, then continued to WAIT another 6 mins for her to open the window back up to see wjat was wrong knowing the entire time I had not driven off...so obviously a problem.....then WITH Attitude given the cheese no nothing and slammed the window......ii don't appreciate that in anyway shape or form...do your job or get a different one u don't have to deal...
