As a family of 4 we love braums most of the time.... My daughter chose this restaurant for her birthday meal. Unfortunately this was one of the worst service experiences i have ever had at a braums. Ordered 4 meals. Tried to keep it semi simple, only thing special was no onions on any sandwiches. 2 burger 2 chicken 3 shakes 1 drink 2 fries 2 cottage cheese Seemed to take longer than normal, that means fresh 👍 Burgers show up me and my son are happy. Chicken shows up and they are both a burgers WITH OINIONS!, one deal of fries & no cottage cheese. Thats ok they mess up on the missing cottage cheese all the time. Lady walks over with a 2nd shake. I show her the extra burgers (she is the one that took the order) and let ger know we are missing the chicken. She says ok it will be a bit. No worries fresh sounds good. Another 10 minute i am about finished now. We go up to the counter and ask about the missing chicken sandwiches.... Idk who she was but she was not friendly and said without the receipt AND food NOTHING she could do. I go grab the buns the onions and partial patties (i dont like to waste food so yes i was going to eat the wrong meals, #bloodsugar = no buns and fries but i can eat extra pattys) & the two wrappers and drop them at the counter. She then proceeded to tell me that she still couldnt fix the order cause some of the meat had been eaten and that would be giving me free food 🤦♂️ (girl you are gonna throw it away, i didnt ask for 4 burgers. Yes i wanna eat your mistake i like food) Anyway i think someone that knew more showed up and tried to settle the situation down, we didnt yell or holler but i may have used a bit of my "big voice" #chickenlittle. So long story short after another wait my wife and daughter got the chicken we ordered. The other food was thrown away. We did eventually get my daughters strawberry shake & they made her another for the road cause #happybirthday Idk if we will venture to this location again. The young lady taking the order seemed overwhelmed it was a "custom" order, she did get it right tho 👍 But the after purchase order..... Well it left a bit to be...

Disappointed in the service received! My friend and i went thru the drive through and ordered a double dip rocky road cup and a lg vanilla yogurt cone. The first window was very polite. But when we got to the second window, a young lady promptly yanked the window open, announced "we outta vanilla, stared as us for a few seconds and then turned her back to us, presumably to speak to some one inside. Next, a little guy comes to the window and very unapologetically announced that they were out of vanilla and inly had chocolate. He then handed over the chocolate ice cream. My friend, who is a bit of a hot head, asked why he wasnt told the vanilla was out before he paid with his debit card? The employee replied, "because he didnt know!" This infuriated my friend because no 2nd choices or options were ever offered. Just a lot of bad attitude and sarcasm. His attitude was yerrible, as if he was silently asking my friend, "Well? What do you want to do?" And this further infuriated my friend so he told the employee to lose the attitude and instead of apologizing and offering other options, he told my friend to have a nice day, slammed the window shut, and dismissively walked away. At this point we have still not been reimbursed for the vanilla cone, so my friend lays on the horn and doesnt stop until someone else finally comes to the window. While my friend was expressing his displeasure about the service and lack of refund we received, the employee was over the managers shoulder and just kept chiming in with , "So? And? Thats fine!"
This was a bad exchange between two people. Period. I have managed call centers for over 30 years and the first thing i do is teach my reps how to handle an irate or dissatisfied customer. Clearly, this young man either fell asleep in or didnt attend this class! The situation could have been happily handled very differently, even if my friend never calmed down. Instead he escalated it to thw point of no return. We have been coming to this location since the 90's. We will not, however, be returning...
Read more6/7/22@3:55pm. Ask for yogurt in a cup. Lady at drive thur handed me a cup over filled, dripping down the sides and on me, plastic lid sitting on top an inch of yogurt. Ask for a new one. She took my cup back- knocked some yogurt off the top with God knows what, swiped the cup & lid off with with a bunch of napkins and tried to hand it back. I ask for a new one, "sorry but this one has just been handled to much and I don't want a sticky cup". First lady gave me a dirty look and walked away, handing my cup to another lady. Second lady ask me what my problem was, took my cup from first lady and started swiping it off with a gob of napkins just like the first lady was doing. I politely ask, can I just get a new one made. She told me, " I can guarantee you not sticky!" She said , "I can give you a whole new lid". I smiled & said "you are kidding me, right?". I actually thought she was kidding. Nope, not kidding, refused to make a new one for me. Staff just could not understand - no one wants their food handled so much OR wants to eat food swiped with towels or napkins. I kindly said I didn't want to argue anymore and left without part of my order. After seeing how nasty my yogurt was handled, I threw away the part of my order they had already given me. I know it's a long, detailed review but I want everyone to read and understand how easily this situation could have been resolved for the price of a paper cup-- instead they lost a customer and got...
