Not as good as regular chic-fil-a - they're just overtly exceptional and highly polished places as a brand. This feels more run by cafeteria workers but they do a solid job for their location's volume of sales. Think chicken nuggets from chic-fil-a: crispy, perfectly cooked, every piece, every time. Here its half of the time you get that perfect bite, roughly. Still tasty though, but lacks that polish that elevates the brand normally. Workers are always friendly enough and highly efficient, but lack that same chipper quality that comes with brick and mortar locations - you will not hear "my pleasure" here. The employee handed the dog to a women and went behind the counter in the food prep area and washed her hands. I brought this issue to a manager attention, and his response was, it was a service dog and the owner wanted to dog to learn how to be around people. I responded, the action of the employee is unsanitary and even though she washed her hands she still has dog hair on her clothing and now handling customer food.
