Smoothie King — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I adore this location. I have been a fan of Smoothie King since I was in high school, been to locations all across Texas and even out of state, and there is no other like this one. Meg, the manager, creates such a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere as each customer is greeted (she even knows many by name--including mine, and my order!) Not to mention the cleanliness and decor. Just a couple weeks ago she had grad decorations for the TCU students around here and today I was pleasantly surprised with fun and colorful summer vibes. The smoothies are always on point and I have heard the workers proactively offer to make a different smoothie in case the customer doesn't like the new smoothie they are trying. I love to stay here and enjoy the comfy furniture and great tunes to get work done just because it feels so good in here. Megan the manager is not friendly to say she is the manager, I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but this is my 2nd time going in & she is rude & talks down on her employees & she was smoking a vape very unprofessional , I ordered a pb swizzle and it was nets in it, I was disgusted even waiting for my smoothie nets were flying everywhere so I can’t imagine how the back of this place looks I’m pretty sure the fruit is rotten because the strawberries had mold on them & bananas were very slimy! I have made a complaint with the health department & have took several pictures of all the nets & my molded strawberries/ bananas,. My recent trip to Smoothie King was an absolute delight, and it wasn't just because of the delicious açaí bowl I ordered! The two young women working there, Ayla and Alaya truly made the experience exceptional.

From the moment I walked in, their efficiency and friendly demeanor stood out. They were incredibly fast, getting my order ready in no time, but they didn't sacrifice service for speed. Both went above and beyond, demonstrating genuine helpfulness and a positive attitude that made the entire interaction enjoyable. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of quick service and outstanding customer care.
