The staff at this location is always rude! On one visit I ordered a gourmet bagel and a male employee informed me that they’re more expensive. Ok what’s your point? I ordered it and can read. Plus, I’m a rewards member that’s familiar with prices and products they offer. It was Uncalled for and Unprofessional in my opinion.

Second visit, I ordered an apple cinnamon bagel. This is the same gourmet bagel I order often and an older female cashier says you mean cinnamon apple. It’s like they want customers that order in-house to get upset. I never do and said yes when I knew she was the one that was incorrect.

I could tell both individuals were new, didn’t know much, or had to be ignorant. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised when I’ve seen staff members be unprofessional to each other. This is why myself and other customers order ahead via app. Even, when you pick-up your order staff ask for your name and last initial to confirm pick-up and it’s with an attitude. I should start recording these interactions but won’t go that far. Note: Glad they have promotional deals otherwise I wouldn’t go.

This review is for 2 visits. During one visit the female manager on duty completely overlooked me and the cashier was extremely rude. I ordered online but was waiting in line to order more items. The manager had no idea I had an online order and directly helped the individual behind me. My online order included a caramel macchiato and an all-nighter egg sandwich on an asiago bagel. Despite the unprofessional service both were delicious and made perfectly. During my second visit, customer service was better. I should've got the cashier's name he was friendly and professional. I love their caramel macchiato! I will continue to purchase it when I visit. Sadly, during this visit, the same manager from my previous visit selected my bagels. The blueberry bagel had quite a few blueberries. But the cinnamon raisin bagel she selected had barely any raisins. Overall, the establishment was clean. When leaving I noticed a wet floor and trash...

I had good experiences here last year but today was really sub par. There is almost too much to even say. For one I can say the employees managed to make getting a bagel extremely stressful, and the cashier even gave me a nickname which I wasn't aware about so when my bagel was called out for I didn't respond, just causing delay. The floors were disgusting, particularly behind the counter, the trashcan was overflowing, the tables had the residue of prior customer's food on them. Worst of all perhaps was the service time, it took me more than 10 minutes to be served, but some of the other customers even longer. To top it off, they left out ingredients from the sandwich that I ordered and I had to hand it back to them to finish it, even this took considerable time.

Unfortunately until changes are made, perhaps a new manager hired, I will not be likely to return to this location. From the reactions and comments many of the other customers had it appeared that. Apart from new management it seemed that they needed...

First time trying Einstein's bagels and I was genuinely surprised. Never thought I'd be the type to recommend a bagel spot, nevertheless a "chain" bagel spot.. but I can say this is worth it. I tried one of their Chicken sandwiches they were featuring that day and I can't remember the exact name but it was great. It came with monterrey cheese, an egg white and lightly fried chicken. It wasn't over-seasoned and was surprisingly tasty. I usually have a bigappetite and the sandwich was rich enough for me to feel content eating half and saving the other half for later. The chip options are all pretty unique and not the normal Lays brands so that was good too. Overall, definitely worth a try. The workers here were very friendly and helpful in recommending what to go for!

In the chaotic land of construction that is TCU's campus in summer, a parking space and a friendly face are a delight. If that friendly face belongs to an employee who is patient enough to let you read the whole menu and make up your mind what lunch to order 20 minutes before closing (summer hours are far shorter), they deserve a five-star review already. The fact that their avocado toast on sesame bagel with everything seed topping was heartily delicious cinches it! The packaging that allowed me to carry out an open face "toast" was perfect.
