Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I ordered thru the app, thinking about the rewards points. Turns out that Door Dash delivers even if you don't order thru Door Dash. I didn't get all my items, so I called them. I was told to call Door Dash. I asked for identifying information because they need to be able to find the transaction and it isn't on my DD account. I was told to talk to a Manager, who came online and was rude and exasperated and basically said she didn't have time to deal with a problem. So I called Door Dash, who told me I need to call the merchant because the charge went through them. I told them I already tried and they were rude and no help. So Door Dash put in a request to them to call me and give me credit. Crickets. I love CSC, but I will never go back to this store again. All the other ones I've dealt with were great. This one doesn't care about the customer or how they feel about their business.

Edit: Door Dash called me to see if CSC had ever gotten in touch with me and fixed this situation, and I told them not a peep yet. They said they would call and check in again tomorrow to see if they fixed everything for me. I'll just keep going to the Camp Bowie location. They take good care of me and show...

This was my first time trying Chicken Salad Chick, and I’m so glad I finally did! I’ve heard great things about it, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The chicken salad was delicious, and the place had a charming, Southern belle vibe.

Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and guided to the cashier for assistance since it was my first visit. Stephen was phenomenal! He is a rare kind of employee. I told him it was my first time, and he explained everything in great detail, offering his top recommendations and even providing samples. He was the best part of my experience.

I ordered the “Sassy Scotty” melt with plain kettle chips, a divine watermelon tea, and a delightful chocolate rice crispy treat—all based on Stephen’s recommendations. The whole meal was a 10/10! They should definitely consider a bigger cookie that comes with it because it’s So Good!

The first time was great! I dealt with a young lady who was very nice and the buffalo barclay salad was great. The second time I ordered a meal online and upgraded to a bowl of poblano soup instead of a cup. When I got there my food was ready and I asked for a cup for my drink but once I got to my car noticed a bowl of loaded potato soup. When I went back inside because the order was wrong the gentleman that was there stated they were out of poblano (didn’t say on the website and wasn’t notified at all with my order). It seemed like a normal thing that is done if they’re out of something. I asked for something else instead of the soup because it wasn’t the one I ordered and he gave me a small cup of fruit even though I paid $2.00 for the upgrade to the soup. He also didn’t offer any type of substitute for the mistake and I had to ask for the fruit. Not sure if I’ll order online again cause it wasn’t made known of the change.
