Panda Express — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I absolutely love Panda Express but from here on out I will definitely be sure to avoid this location I ordered double orange chicken only to get back to work and the chicken was soggy with a weird taste.

I contacted the store to let them know about the issue and the guy told me that they have been serving the food to people all day with no problems so he didn't believe that there was an issue with the food he went as far as to go and taste the food for himself came back to the phone line and told me ma'am I just tasted it myself and yeah there's nothing wrong with it. After a brief moment of silence on the line I told him okay that's fine I'll take my concern to Google he then told me that he wanted to make it right and for me to come back to the store for my food to be replaced and even gave me a specific time to be there

After arriving at that specific time the lady working the front counter looked at me and said are you the lady with the issue I told her yes she then instructed me to have a seat and wait I waited for up to 15 minutes before giving up on this whole ordeal because I had to get back to work so I left with no refund or corrected order the staff seemed very nonchalant as if they really did not care. Even in the beginning from the moment that I ordered when I got to the checkout window I asked if I could have extra noodles and the girl came to the window and said no ma'am she's already made your plate before...

The Panda Express I visited recently had some room for improvement when it came to wait times and keeping food stations stocked. The wait to order felt longer than expected even when there were only a few customers ahead of me.

Once I ordered, there were a couple times when certain entree selections were emptied and not refilled right away. I know it can get busy keeping up with refilling when crowds come through, but having to wait for more veggie options to be prepared after I already ordered was an inconvenience.

Regarding portion sizes, I noticed the regular bowl options feel smaller lately compared to what I remember getting previously, especially considering the prices are higher now. I wonder if ordering a kid's meal bowl instead could be a way to get more value if the portions seem comparable.

Overall the service could be more attentive. I appreciate the convenience of Panda Express, but improvements to wait times, keeping food stations filled, and monitoring portion sizes would go a long way.

I wish I would have seen reviews before getting food here. Only get a star because it won't let me put zero. They have some weird AI at the drive thru speaker. We place our order get to the window where we are told they don't have enough left of something for both plates. Ok no prob. We give them our substitute choice. Then we get home and lo and behold the food is old nasty and stale! I mean ALL of it!!! The "fried rice" is literally missing all the vegetables so either they gave us brown rice or panda changed their rice. It's old dried out and crunchy. No telling how long it's been sitting out. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Don't waste you're money here! First and last time I ever eat at this location!!! Don't want to make more food at 9-9:30 p.m. and you're store doesn't close until 11 p.m. When I called the store to make a complaint I was not surprised that I got a recording stating nobody could answer the phone and it automatically disconnects! If you don't want to work go home! I hope Panda Express can do better than this in the future or change your hours of operation sign before you get a false advertising claim!...
